Liv & Light Energy Dancing
United States
เข้าร่วมเมื่อ 23 ธ.ค. 2022
Welcome to My Energy Dance Channel! 💃
I’m an Intuitive Energy Healer and musician, and I created this channel to share my love for music, and dance's healing powers. Starting in December 2022, dance became a profound source of healing, helping me get through my hardest times. It became my refuge, joy, and empowered my body to express freely when connecting with music I love.
Through dance, I conquered severe lifelong performance anxiety. Once paralyzed by fear, I now dance and sing with ease, without worrying about how I look. I hope to inspire YOU to dance, too!
Music is my lifelong passion, and Black music has touched me since a young girl. Motown, jazz, soul, and rock & roll have shaped me, and I want to celebrate this powerful music. Black music matters & Black Lives Matter.
I encourage you to dance like no one’s watching. Dance heals, lifts our spirits, carries us through hard times, releases emotions, and is fun! Dance freely, as I do, and feel the power of music to uplift✨

Celebrating Quincy Jones' Produced Music: 'You Don’t Own Me' by Lesley Gore
"You Don’t Own Me" was produced by Quincy and is a powerful anthem of independence and self-empowerment. It’s a reminder that we own ourselves, our voices, and our choices.
In this video series, I’m celebrating the Quincy Jones and the profound impact he had on music. On November 4th, after hearing the news of his passing, I felt a desire to dive deep into his music and learned about his musical genius-from his work with Michael Jackson to his contributions to jazz and beyond. I had actually just danced on Halloween to a series of the Thriller album (which Quincy produced) and was inspired to create this series as a tribute to his legacy.
I was surprised to learn that Quincy Jones discovered his passion for music right here in Seattle and produced much of the music I’ve loved for years. As someone passionate about music and jazz, I’m surprised I didn’t know more about him sooner! If you haven’t seen his Netflix documentary, I highly recommend it-it’s an insightful deep dive into his remarkable life and influence.
My channel is all about inspiring you to dance, to feel the music, and embrace the freedom of movement, especially in times when you need it most. Dance is a powerful tool to help you get through hard times, shift your energy, and lift your vibration. It’s not about perfection-it’s about connecting with the music, finding what makes you feel alive, and expressing yourself authentically. My goal is to inspire you tap into the joy and healing power of dance!✨
Through movement, we can all share in the universal joy that music offers, and I want to spread my joy and passion for both with you. Dance is medicine for the soul, a way to uplift your spirit and reconnect with yourself.
Put on your favorite music, let go of judgment, and surrender to the joy of movement. Dance has the power to uplift your mood, shift your energy, and remind you how incredible it feels to just be in your body. Music and dance are universal medicine-they heal, connect us, and elevate our spirits in ways words can't express.
If you're ready to dance with freedom, embrace the rhythm, and celebrate life through movement, be sure to subscribe! This channel is all about spreading joy, passion, and inspiration-one dance at a time.
Let’s honor Quincy’s music, move with freedom, and dance like no one’s watching! 🪩

This I how I know you get watched online cuz I was looking up dance classes on Google and this became recommended on TH-cam in an unrelated search
Interesting to know! I am an intuitive energy healer and I use dance as a spiritual practice and healing modality. Getting out of the head and allowing your body the freedom to express itself naturally with music you feel a connection to can shift your mood significantly, raising your vibration and can also help release pent up energy and emotions, which is healing. It's fun too! I share videos to inspire others to find music they connect to and dance to raise their vibration, especially if going through a hard time. I hope you find a dance class you love!
@@livandlightdancinglol, I actually remembered the tune this reminds me of, it's 'too many broken hearts' by Jason Donovan. If you were as old as me ud see the causal link as to why I first thought Kylie 😆
@livandlightdancing I believe the mind is a great healer of the body. 2 years ago I was diagnosed with stage 3 throat cancer but I remained positive throughout. The doctors can't see it anymore though the treatment was rough. I recon in time with evolution, humans will have a more active part in their healing physically through the mind (like a cpu being able to search for a virus and deleting it. I also believe that one day we'll be telepathic and some of us are in the infant stages of it already, we just pass it of as intuition. (Ever been to a party and someone walks in the room and the whole mood changes downwards regardless of knowing the person or not or facial expression being a give away, only for it to turn out the person is sad?) That's what I believe is our infant stages of what's still to come. It's ok if you think I'm nuts 😆
Congratulations on your throat cancer being in remission and for being able to remain positive throughout! I'm so happy for you.
Lol, this has to be 80's, dance to Kylie next time, I think there's a song of hers sounds just like this
Yes, 80s indeed. I like a few of Kylie's songs, but have not danced to her yet. Thanks for the recommendation!

I love you! This brought tears of joy to my heart and reminded me of how I used to feel when I was young in freestyle session of ballet class... when we had no structure and were encouraged to just feel the music. Such a freeing feeling! I am thankful that you shared your "free" with us! I remember when this song was on the radio, it's one of my longtime favorites! 🙂
Thank you! I’m so glad watching my video connected you to that time and place. Dancing embodied is very freeing! I encourage you to put on a song you love and dance today. You can dance standing, sitting, or moving all over. Thank you for watching and sharing this. 💛

This is truly an old bit very lovely song by Whitney ❤️.
I’m glad you enjoyed it! It is a gorgeous song. I loved this whole album of hers.
I thought my son was the onky human aware of this song!! He introduced it to me when he was 14 years old. He really enjoyed bumping it loudly in the car.
I had only heard it one time before I danced to it earlier on this day. It’s got some good beats! Most of Michael’s music always gets me on my feet. I’m glad your son enjoys it too! Thanks for watching! 💛
I love it...💯😀
I’m glad you enjoyed!
Hello from Brazil.
Hello! I loved visiting Brazil years ago. It’s a beautiful country.
Love this hun!❤
I’m so glad you enjoyed it! 💛
I'm an 80s child as well. This is one of my favorite songs of all time. Thanks.
I’m glad this song brings you joy. It is a great song!
sometimes you have to turn the music up and just let yourself go, release stress and tension in the body 🎉❤
Yes! Dancing is an excellent way to release pent up stress and emotions. One of my hopes in sharing these videos is to inspire others to dance. Dancing is a healthy and healing way to move through challenging times. Find music that you connect with no matter the genre, turn it up, and let yourself dance like no one is watching. 🪩
🐱 looks like you are really having fun. 😊
I always have fun dancing to music I love! It’s my happy place. I hope to inspire others to dance or find something that brings them joy as much as this music and dancing brings me. What music inspires you? 🎶
You're getting better and better
