At Revoplas we can deal with problem mixed plastics, like hypodermic needles. Before we found a solution, tonnes of this material was destined for landfill. Now we separate the metal, foil and the different polymers. This means these materials can be used again and again!

At Revoplas we deal with problem mixed plastics. We use metal separation to remove both ferrous and non ferrous metals. Here's a video showing stainless steel being removed from hypodermic needles, and ferrous and non ferrous from PET flakes.

At Revoplas we help solve problems with mixed polymers. We use air classification to remove impurities and light fractions from recyclable polymers. Here's a video showing the removal of foil and dust from PP. This increases value, reduces the need to landfill, and creates a stream of ready to be used recyclable polymers.

We colour sort recyclable polymers - adding value, reducing the need to landfill and increasing the volume of polymers ready to be used again!
