Yoga means "Union" - Sahaj means "easy-natural"
Therefore it means realizing that there is no need to realize.
That "Union" is not needed, as separation never happened.
The lack, needs, desires, pain & pleasures in human experience are happening within the fullness of Being, Pure Consciousness, the Absolute indivisible Reality.
The "dream" experience of time & space in which the human drama occurs doesn't "need" to be controlled, as there is no "controller", except within the dream itself.
Therefore, realizing that there is no need to free yourself from bondage, is the natural, easiest yoga where there is no need to do anything, which is the Absolute relaxation.
It's so easy that no "one" can realize it...
It is the Pure Silence of what you are, which is not affected by doing or not doing, talking or not talking,
Sahaj Yoga is to simply be your Self
Be simply, Be simple...
