CPU outputs more heat when processing, that's why it uses copper pipe heatsink. In this video, you need to clean that CPU fan and heat sink with fresh good thermal paste (Search at google: What is thermal paste). This system uses 2nd Gen i3, i5 CPU with Sandy bridge architecture Processor and have Integrated Graphics card (don't have dedicated Nvidia or ATi Radeon ones.).
