0:00 Intro 4:00 Back to Problem #3 7:45 Adding Limits! What was initially thought to be a masochistic approach-quoting myself, of course-turned out to be a simpler calculation than anticipated. More importantly, it was simpler compared to the first solution. In the context of problem #3, one would definitely prefer to solve by setting u= ln(x) for the indefinite version and u= x^3 for the defin...

We address the elephant in the room: there is no definitive, one-size-fits-all method for solving problems using integration by parts. While the technique feels more intuitive for traditional problems, “ unfortunately “ this is not always the case for more advanced or unconventional ones. I placed quotation marks around “unfortunately” to highlight that some may view this as merely an inconveni...

Welcome welcome… a short introduction to this channel. A CUNY students physics journey has only just begun. As of uploading, my first day at CCNY is but a few days away and I am quite nervous for this new chapter. words can’t describe how excited I am to be surrounded by passionate hard working people. For those who are curious where the problems were from; I was solving a couple examples from ...
no way its sir leo himself!!!!
Wow! Well done :) Keep it up, Leo. Calculus of Variations is one of my favorite branches of Physics
I’m Glad you Enjoyed !
Unrigorous!!!
@@DickenMartinez thanks Dicken, see you in class 🤓☝️
Unrigorous!!!
okay, now this is epic
12:56 "So, to make it more intuitive" *shoots one to get the other to talk*
Great stuff. Thanks! :)
@@amogh4523 Of course !

Well, I don't know how I stumbled upon this channel, but I find you quite relatable lol. I too steal pieces of chalk so that I can use them later on. I too am transitioning, because I graduate in a few months and have decided to go for a post-graduation. All I can tell you is, things will get better soon. We gotta keep grinding:) - From a struggling Aerospace Engineering student, with above-average impostor syndrome, who's also a chalk freak:)
very nice! I wish you luck on your journey
@@WhyNotPhysics and I look forward to seeing yours!
Oh my goodness it’s Benny and cool chalk. I love this channel!
