Good video. But, with 11.2 of PanOS, it never shows the request in the Threat logs, or anywhere for that matter. IT rejects the DNS, and page won't load...but no logging appears. Odd.

Hi, Dynamic update contain (Antivirus, Applications and Threats, Global Protect, Wildfire updates). While updating this all signatures with Dynamic updates option, does the existing users of services which work through Firewall stay connecting?
I configure the URL category, URL filtering and the policy rule. but didnt block nothing. I think is license. So I went to Device -> retrieve license Key from license server. but it failed. Do you have any idea?

P4cketl0ss, how can I check what Palo Alto deems the "application-default" ports when using the App-ID in the security policy?
Under Objects>Applications, search for your Application. From there, select that App-ID and it will list the ports/protocols that are seen as "default." If it shows tcp or udp dynamic, then that could mean any port in that protocol as it's constantly changing per session
