Hello Sir, Hope you are well. Thank you very much for pointing out my mistakes in your videos. You said in your TH-cam description that you want more views, engagement and leads from your TH-cam. I can solve your problem. You can trust me. I have worked with many clients who are satisfied with my work. If You give me a chance. I can help your TH-cam channel grow and progress faster. Thank you
Focusing on solving clients' problems is key. Offering additional services can differentiate you from the competition. Thanks for sharing.

Great comparison of Henry Ford and modern business. "Faster horses" mindset vs. innovation is key. Your insights on solving problems are spot on. "Fin toolbox" analogy is compelling.
Invaluable insights for real estate pros. Buyer side volume and market share data are crucial. Pinpointing best agents for referrals is fascinating. Great strategic tips.
Small lenders vs. Zillow? Big challenge. Unique value and personalized service are key. Fin Toolbox is a game-changer. Client engagement tools are genius. Thanks for the insights.

As an uber driver that sleeps in his car when working out of town, this policy is not universal anymore
Just read it is up to the store managers discretion and i bet they view and RV different than a car.

I appreciate you putting this out there. It was a little vague for me overall, but I did absolutely love your drawings! In fact that’s what caught my eye and made me click on your video. My two cents, humbly: Throwing a couple examples of who won and who lost under the old way of business as well as a couple examples of who is winning and who is losing under the new way of business, and how that is effecting the home ownership aspect of the American dream would be even better.

Isn't the problem was that banks were giving loans to unqualified borrowers? Also, weren't the banks risking too much (CDOs) that is why this law came about?
Anyway we can loan the bank our money say for 25% interest? When did I sign up for this when I got my bank account?
my left ear really enjoyed this
I will always watch a video with illustrations, love it, Thanks
so if we eliminate the dodd-frank, will the supply increase in financial services?
Can the banks keep our money?
No
Can the banks take all or part of my money and keep it so they don't go bankrupt?
If you bank with SVB and have over $200k; yes.

Justifying the deregulation of banks by showing low home ownership rates misses the reality that the US economy has performed well compared to other advanced economies in the aftermath of the financial crisis. Unemployment rate is at record low, growth rate is high and robust, inflation is near target and markets have done well. Even Federal Reserve is tapering its bond purchase program and raising interest rates in phases to achieve and maintain its inflation target. If people have well paying jobs, they will obviously go for home ownership if the decision makes financial sense. Thrusting loans down the throat of ineligible borrowers who can ill-afford to pay reeks of greed. Who will come to the rescue of poor savers once their hard-earned deposits disappear into thin air because of bankers' reckless lending practices? Deregulation at this point will be like rocking a stable ship. Not necessary. Possibly harmful.
the repeal of the Dodd-Frank Act will cause another bubble in the future deregulation of the bank's is probably the worst thing you can do in America's economy we've learned about it several times it has happened too many times when will we ever learn
Ivan Araiza, there will be the next crash with or without it. Some of the parts of the bill are actually hold back the economy.
Wow.
Holy shit.
There are less small banks because they are being acquired by larger banks for growth.
It is harder and harder to stay compliant as a small bank and often their only option is to sell. I think that the consolidation in the banking and financial worlds is only just beginning.
Glass Steagal under FDR advanced American Interests through out the globe. What does repealing/replacing it do??? We all know how effective the "trickle down" effect is! Play with your own "futures"!! #WallStreet
Does it benefit the home owner or the lender?
Sophia Bourdeau, it doesn't benefit either.
asktheloanguy You sir are a lair. The bank is always greedy. We never learn our lesson. There is a generation of people who already forgot the recession. Break up the banks if you want Dodd frank repealed.
asktheloanguy I mean look at Wells Fargo using my info to correct second bank accounts to make more money off me.
@@Topagendadolla Please explain
Question, is there a clause in the Dodd Frank that stipulates that when a depositer deposits cash into his account the money then becomes the banks and in the event of a "failure "the banks derivatives are paid first then the depositor is paid if there is any thing left, which because of the extensive derivatives nothing would remain? Greetings from tampa florida
Typically when dealing with a bank your money is insured by the FDIC. Therefore your deposit is safe regardless of what the bank chooses to with your money.
What are you saying? Of course the banks will make more money with less regulations. Less regulations = more mortgages. More mortgages = more interest revenue. An evil spiral that will obviously lead to financial crises, meaning less protection for the end consumer. Ultimately leading to the end consumer paying for everything, and the big boys getting away with loads of money. That mortgages are going down is a GOOD thing. That means house prices going down, and banks making less money on the hype in attractive areas. It also means more realistic valued companies and a more solid and reliable financial sector. I'm totally with you that some regulations could use some improvement, however just saying that deregulating is a good thing is just plain stupid.
Samuel Lindgren. home ownership rates are at an all time low, the most impacted have my minorities and those people the laws are supposed to protect. The banks are not making any less money and some would argue they are making more as a result of of less competition. Some regulation is ok and needed but it needs to make sense.
I just don't see how deregulating is a viable long term solution. It will just postpone the inevitable. The lack of a better distribution of wealth and a robust safety net are the core issues here. And fixing those, is beyond regulating/deregulating the banks in my opinion.
