Rear back window area on these trucks, and I have two, are the very best. To me better than a forty Ford car. Had mine about 15 years now. These are better than other brands

WOW that is an awesome 85 you have there ! They don't make them like that anymore. I had an 86 short bed regular cab 4X4 . Man do I miss that truck .

1985 most desirable year; first year fuel injection, last year solid front axle. I had the 85 4runner until it rusted out. Still have the front axle and the rear seat delete in the yard.

these trucks are beautiful in their simplicity...they look good, still get the job done and are not all bloated and puffed up like the modern ones...kudos for keeping this one in such nice shape....if you are listing it for sale it will sell within minutes.

My 390 dont shake like that, its smooth as can be.. good god get that tranny fixed. or put some 90 weight in there. Mybe the rear end is making that noise..

My parents had a 86 efi base with manual gear box 2wd rear.. They bought it used with 6 year on it.. That stuff was with us 13 years and was a good car... Sold on 2005.. Damn good car

Hey! I have a 1986 LE. Great van, but trying to fix the air conditioning. I am told that I need a pulley and a tensioner mechanism and a belt. These were removed by the former owner. I don't have a clear picture of what I am looking for, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks! Dennis <art2flex@yahoo.com>

Thats a really good car and i shouldnt mind having one of those. They dont make cars of that high quality any more. Volvo 240 are childhood memories on four wheels.

In 1994 I was 22 and was shopping for my first car to by on my own. . I looked at these but my friend convinced me, also after a great test drive to get a 1990 Eagle Talon AWD Turbo. Though it was a fun car and very fast for a 22 yr old and long gone, I wish I could go back in time, and tell that 22 yr kid to by the red Toyota truck instead as it would run forever. Oh well...........

Those were the times when cars were easy to use and maintain.
