If this is the same rave I went to when Eminem first came out and threw a brick through frankie bones window after the show than there's something wrong with the date. Em's rave record release at the warehouse was in March and I think it was called true masters on the flyer? I can't remember shit too well nowadays but I do remember I met my first girlfriend at this party because I was selling K and Tabs. A friend of mine came up to me with two chicks looking to score some shizzle and I thought he brought narcs to me and said I ran out. When they walked away another friend asked me for some shrooms and I pulled out a 20 and the chick that was with my friend saw me and came back and said she wasn't a cop and just wanted to have fun so I sold her a 20 of K and a 10 strip of jellies and asked her what her name was and she said Katie and I was like you ever done nitrous balloons? And she was like no! And I was like get a hold of me later and I lost her in the crowd when Em came on and started rapping. Does anyone remember Pakmans set ??? At this rave?

I was at alot of these shows around 1998. Mostly during the St Andrews/ Shelter Friday Night 3 Floors of Fun Rap Battles. It was surreal unknowingly witness history with some of the greatest artists that would frequent there like JDilla, DJ Houseshoes and of course Eminem.

so cool, I was here at 17. me and my friends rolled like 20 joints and snuck them in a pack of cigarettes and smoked them all. I couldnt tell my friends dad where I lived to take me home haha, kept falling asleep so high. Who knew 24 years later and so much music and life later, he is my favorite artist of all time, really glad I can say I was here, even though I cant remember most of it. He was so new at the time. Brings back so many memories, wish we could go back to this time and life. Was before I ever had a cell phone , I dont even think I had touched a computer at this point in my life. I googled it to see how long ago it was and found this, pretty cool.
