Z-Escape Planet Coaster Escape Room Attraction
Just came across this series. Such an awesome concept and so much attention to detail!
Thank you so much! That means a lot to us. We are trying to get one more map out before Planet Coaster 2 comes out and everyone moves on to it and forgets us. Ha ha. We are skipping ahead a decade to 1969 on the next one.
Is Rose Lake still being worked on?
Yes. Still working on it. 😉
Will Rose Lake Park continue?
@@connorframe1 We are working on the next map right now. It may be the final one. We're doing a bit of a time jump on it too. 😉
nice ride, I wanna do such a darkride as well, it´s a great inspiration. It looks very scary. I like the screens and the scenery. But you should record with cheat engine. It was a little bit unsmooth
Very Nice! I really like the use of all the "Phantasms" videos from AtmosFX. I have a few of their collections!
Holy cow you did it again wowzers
Thanks, old pal! 😊
Awwww yes, nice to see a new ride from you!
New? Well.......I finished it a year and a half ago. Just now allowed to show it off though 🤣 ha ha ha
nice one
Hey Fisherman, Great work on this one! Is there anyplace that i can find the 3d model of this coaster?
Thanks! I'm not sure about that. I just built it in the game.
The Cook's Atlantis Vaulting, and the Gothic Vaulting sets are some of the best CSO sets ever made for RCT3. I was thinking watching this video, that I vaguely remember seeing somewhere a long, long time ago, a guide how to use and build the vaults correctly. Would you happen to know where this guide could be found?
This is still the GOAT in terms of projects. It inspired me to do one in openrct2 for Leafy Lake!
Wow! Thank you! Glad you found it so inspiring. 😊
Great work as always. Got a laugh out of your voices as you introduced the farting Hippo with boyish pride lol. Love the Rotor, Noah's Ark and the Derby Racer! You absolutely can not tell those horses are not ingame if viewing from an appropriate distance. When you show them close up I was like "no way!". You guys inspire me.
Ha ha! Thank you, Stephen!!
the fireworks mishap was a great idea.
Ha ha thanks! So typical of our characters if you follow the park's back story.
Always wonderful to see you still creating content from your rct3 days to planet coaster you always knock it out of the park
Thank you so much! I have a great team working on this project with me. They're just the best! 😊
Love the remodel on the boathouse!
I'm so glad you liked it! You gave us "good bones" to work with. That remodel was SOOO much fun to do!
@@fishermanrct3913 It turned out great, and looks like a natural change rather than something just tacked on...very nice!
It's exciting to see this project continuing. It's always educational, and the level of detail and craftsmanship is always exceptional.
Thank you so much!
20:00 As of the Twilight Pack, there actually is a Planconian word for racoon. it's "Coorarca".
Woohoo! Ha ha! I guess they just didn't add it to the Planco dictionary Web site yet. Thanks!!
Love this series so much! I love how you go through everything in such detail because I probably can't download and open the park without it killing my computer, but I feel like I get to see everything - so I really appreciate that! Looking forward to the rest!
I'm so glad you like it! Sometimes I feel like we go into too much detail. ha ha.
nice
Thanks!!
Rose Lake Park is the Opus Magnum in the Planet Coaster universe. Wonderful episode, so soothing (and educative!) to watch. So many new, little details! And I adroe the Grimm stories area.
Thank you so much!!
😮
I'm so happy you guys are still working on this. One of the best Planet Coaster projects in existence!
Thank you very, very much for that!! 😊
After all this time it's back! 🥳
Hope it was worth the wait!! 🙂

Will Rose Lake continue?
Yes...as a matter of fact, we are finally finished with the 1949 map. Doing our final pass before we record our video tour.
It’s sad this guy only has 700 subs 😢
On the bright side...Yay! I have over 700 subs! ha ha. 😉 I appreciate the sweet comment.
This is awesome. Can you make a Planet Coaster version of this sometime?
I've thought about it. Maybe someday! Thanks!!
This is my favorite planet coaster creation and as all these years pass I always come back to it for inspiration. Thank you for sharing your creativity 💕
Wow! Thank you so much for that!!
i always watched this video when i was a kid and know im re installing roller coaster tycoon 3 this was one of the first things i remember so i wanted to say this video you made is very cool i dont know how long this took you but congratulations
Wow thank you!
you know
this reminds me of the old ramses ride in gardaland, childhood memories. great job!
The way you guys are playing this game, it makes me hope that someday we'll see a park builder with history built right into the core of the game. Planet Coaster is one of my favorite games ever in its design aspect, but where it falls short for me is in the lack of storytelling. I've had an amazing time watching this series so far, and you all are making me think so much more about the past when I'm designing.
Thank you!! That's wonderful. Our team members are all park history and history fanatics so I'm so glad that comes across in the project. We are wrapping up the next map so it shouldn't be TOO much longer 😆
Can't wait to see the new map. Each one has been better than the one before.
@@kinnetik100 Thank you! 😊
I love this build series because you know that when new eras drop it will be amazing, I just hate the wait.
Perfection takes time
We are wrapping up the 1949 map right now. I'm hoping we get it out next month. The park has changed a LOT this decade. Lots of totally new areas to explore. 😀
@@fishermanrct3913 I can’t wait!
This is so nostalgic for me, watching this again for the first time since I was a young kid, and it remains so impressive and inspiring! I remember when I was young this project was magical for me. I’d spend hours with my best friend trying to make our own haunted mine ride-using custom scenery from this project in fact. Who knew it would launch a fascination with themepark design that would color my creative career as an adult. Glad I got a chance to re-live this, still gives me chills. Thanks Fisherman!
That's wonderful to read! I'm so glad that this project inspired you. I am curious what your creative career ended up being. Do share! 😀
@@fishermanrct3913 I ended up getting accepted to a fine arts college in San Fransisco, applying with an portfolio that won the presidents award for achievement, the body of work consisted almost entirely of themepark design concepts and even some rollercoaster tycoon projects! Over the course of my studies I shifted my focus from themed entertainment to design and writing, pivoting to an interest for interwar-era art movements and aesthetics. Now I’m a freelance creative consultant in the expertise of Art Deco, I’ve even assisted a couple in-the-works themed entertainment projects, so it comes full circle! It’s hard to overstate the fact that when my twin brother and I would play Ghost Mine on the living room TV, and shake the other around in a laundry bin to simulate the ride, it was the start of my creative journey!
@@TylerTheGshep Awww...I'm so jealous! Ha ha! I'm afraid I only designed rides in games. I WISH I had been able to do it for real as a career. Congratulations on that!! (typing this as I build a coaster in Planet Coaster for Rose Lake Park...ha ha)
For the 30s, those are some large coasters… just find it a teeny bit unrealistic. But I can’t wait until we get into the 70s and the 90s when the Coaster Wars start!
Well... our coaster wars with Kennywood and Cedar Point were going on LONG before that ha ha (wink wink)
@@fishermanrct3913 is there still gonna be a part six? If so, how close is it to being completed? Great work, by the way.
@@duboniclol There sure is! We are wrapping things up on the 1949 map over the next few weeks and we hope to get it out this summer. Oh! And thank you very much!
I loved timeline parks in RCT3. Your bringing back that passion into here! I LOVE IT
Thanks!
Amazing work! You should think about creating theme parks for a full-time job
ha ha thank you soooo much! I wish!
There's a place I visit with my in-laws called Bygone Times here in the UK, its a cross between an antiques warehouse and a vintage shopping/entertainment museum. They have a whole room of penny arcades from the 20's and 30's that you can still play with tokens
That sounds delightful!
Oh my God - all that amazing attention to detail! All that work! Now, I know where you have been for months . . . it's great. Really great.
Thank you, buddy!
That gift shop got dark quickly, haha. It went from a little place with quirky 1930s stuff to being a place where a trophy display of a decapitated human head is.
Very good video! A few nitpicks on the Auto Rally ride though, the blocks on top of the rails/walls weren't a part of the Auto Race until about 2014, when they were added to create programmed block zones for the ride. Also, if you look up old Auto Race photos, the track used to be far wider than it is now, giving the cars more space to go back and forth between the walls. These are very little things though that wouldn't be known without researching really deep into the ride's history though, so it's still really good as is!
I'm curious what you guys will do for the 1940s, given that half of it had WW2 going on, where, historically, nothing was really added to amusement parks.
Well actually, several new flat rides were introduced in parks during the 40s, and parks like Kennywood and Cedar Point added new attractions through the 40s. At Rose Lake you'll see lots of infrastructure updates and whole new areas of the park expanded.
@@fishermanrct3913 Oh, cool! I'm looking forward to seeing it
You may not get a lot of views, but this series is great! Just found it again and was happy to see it's still going.
Thank you! That means so much! We are hard at work on the 1940s map. Moving slowly, but we'll get there. Ha ha.
Amazing work
Thank you very much!!
We need this in planet coaster Plzzz <3 the world needs it ^_^
Ha ha maybe someday! That WOULD be cool. It would require some thinking to plan out the finale with the coaster choices in the game. Is Mr. Enigma dying to make a comeback??? Who can say... ;oD
