This is initially a fiddle on the Moog Mixer with all the mixes set to Stereo. But it turned out to be a fun jam too. Mother32 using stepped randoms to modulate cutoff Joystick modulates both Mavis and Mother32 ( additional) Subtle Delay on the FX -AID

Cool! How do you tune Mavis?
Super cool sounds! I don't have a full understanding of what's all present here. As far as I understand, things like the Kastle 1.5, Drum, and Arp cannot connect to computers, so are both of these running to something that allows you to connect to a computer and record the sound or is this just the camera picking up the sound from a speaker? Also, what cables would I need to run these to something else if a mixer is involved? I think the products themselves only include the little patch wires. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
The groove you created here is a great foot and head mover! I was tapping my feet and head nodding through the entire beat-filled tune. Just received my Spectravox today and am excited to patch it into the DFAM to make use of its sequencer and sounds 😅. Keep on patching ~💡🎛🎶🥁👏🏽💥🌠🎙🔥

Hey sorry for the late reply, I 'll check later , it can be that we need to adjust the range on the input, or we need to check which ports to connect to and from - it can be confusing

Any problems with program input after going from the dfam vca out into it? It is actually only line level based, and I see your preamp signal is super hot. Worst case it’ll fry your input, strange design on Moog’s part to not dedicate it to Eurorack signals since it is part of their soundstudios products…
Hey thanks, you're right , needed to do a second take to confirm that! I was under the impression that the VCA OUT from the patch bay is euro level, and thought the same about the Spectravox, and surprise, the PROGRAM patchbay input is only line-level. Well I have done it anyway - to take the VCA OUT in a stack to route it to PROGRAM and CARRIER inputs in the Spectravox. The gain on the combo input is at 3'oclock, and so far , the Spectravox is fine, but might keep that gain control closer to the left just to be safe , thanks!

That's really cool! Btw, may I ask how you record the device audio when playing the pocket operator app? I found I couldn't record the audio when screen recording which is so frustrating...
Hey thanks! That's weird, on a Pixel I would use the screen recorder directly with the device audio on , I recorded that on a P4XL and tried on a P6P so yeah, otherwise I would have a third party app do it for me ,or record the audio through usb-c into something else.. hope this helps

Hi mate , if i got it right , you got a jack cable from the headphones output of the synth and goes in one of the inputs of the oscillator to see the waves form . I have tried to do it with mikrofreak , and it s not working… And how do you get the sound out from oscillator ? Thank you
Hi there, I happen to have a microfreak , i can try it for you, but yeah headphone out of the AMF goes to one of the INPUT ports on the NTS-2, and send the NTS-2 out via the THRU ports ( it sends whatever is in the INPUT ports. May have to adjust the levels on the NTS-2 as well i'll test and let you know shortly, cheers

Great sounds. I just bought a Moog Mavis and I am exploring the possibilities. I have a Korg SQ-1, but I am wondering what the next logical step would be for my next device, any thoughts?
Thanks! I would say, the Mavis goes well with a sequencer, but I normally would pair it with a drum machine or another voice to complement it, depending on what you're doing, My Mavis now sits with a couple of Eurorack modules ,but you can easily add something up that being said, you may need to use the sequencer clock ( SQ -1) to allow it to play together with other synths, as for me I just want to noodle around so this works for me, hope this helps
Nice composition. I tend to hear quite a few demos in which people basically just show the extremes of the Moog Mavis, and play strange sounds that have no practical application in music, but this is very musical., and creative.
