I think Gilles really did a great work by collecting all these texts. But I don't like that he used his commentaries in the book to try to lead the reader towards his view of what Auroville is about. He doesn't like the idea of building a city. As a curator one should be neutral and trying to manipulate the meaning isn't truthful. And if the books really contains everything the Mother ever said about Auroville, I don't know. I discovered one thing he left out, from Mother's Agenda, on March 10, 1972: "Then if the work must be done, if Auroville must be built, not only do I have to remain in my body but the body must become strong." Why didn't he include this? Didn't he include other things?

It's a good initiative rather , could have been a more compact talk to obviate the content-wise repetitions . Otherwise a marvellous attempt ...❤🎉

Beautiful, and yet I see that no point or argument or experience can negate the reality of the City and manifesting it, the need for it. Even the absolute urgency of it even. To develop the zones is also important, while we grow on.

On plasticity, you mention it's about Rogers plasticity, this is not so much as adapting the design to what is there physically, like you suggest, it's about his inner plasticity to receive mothers force and design of the city. Which he did. You see, you subtly interpret according to your own mental vision.

Interesting, talking of the flow, hoe about then, who determines the flow, we can wonder then why not go with the flow? Ah because we all believe to know the flow...

The CITY the earth needs,, where will people live, as in a city, according to a plan that will facilitate and help the process

So then are we all to be in an ashtam Or so, or wait, I think truly that manifesting in the material sense has meaning because the presence IS there, the Grace is active. My view is that it is exactly a mental approach that says building the city is a vain chimera... That is certainly not what Mother or Sri Aurobindo said.

I would not say, 'it is not about building the city', it is also about manifesting ie building the city for the process of evolution of consciousness. Gilles unfortunately immediately puts his personal stamp on this. It is misleading in a way. Building was also definitely a point mother made. Yes sure the most important is.... But then if u look at Mother,.... Everything is important isn't it. Sorry to say this. I will continue watching now. And thank you for facilitating this.
