I'm not 100% They are. But I wouldn't be surprised if they were. There has been some shady activities around this area in the past. Thanks for watching and stay safe. 😊
Yes, very beautiful city at nite. So is n. O so is Pittsburgh etc. But this is st.louis!! Happy halloween.
@RebeccaBaker-og9yd And I hope you have A safe and Happy Halloween too.
We need more videos like this , walking 🚶 in beautiful neighborhoods and seeing the beauty of Missouri. I will always love the his city ❤❤❤❤❤❤😮😮😮🫠🫠🫠🫠
@bettycold Thanks for watching and commenting. Your words left me Speechless 🫠. I'm and the city are truly Honored by your words. 🥰
C’est tres beau. ❤
Merci beaucoup.
Nice 😊
Thank you! Cheers!
Great night time walk on a Saturday night. 👍
Yes it was. 😊 I was surprised it was this calm. Thanks for watching and stay safe. 🙏
“FOR WHOM THE BELL TOLLS”. 😂😂😂
@@mothermayi8220 😀😀 Indeed 🫠
The city got rid of Larry Rice and the homeless encampments.
Larry Rice may be gone but The Encampments sometimes pop up along the Highways and Side streets. Thanks for watching and stay safe and have an awesome day. 😊
Kutha sampeyan katon ayu lan tentrem bengi iki. ❤
Wow! A clean US City, no trash or graffiti, no homeless or prostitutes?
Like some or most cities that are going through some type of Tribulation, It has Good and Bad Days. And as always, I'm grateful for you watching and commenting have a great day. 😊
Not Bad 😊
Thanks for watching and commenting. 😊
Hello, I’m enjoying your videos. They’re very expertly done and showcase some of the best things that I love about this city kudos to you.
@arlander2001 thank for watching and leaving a comment. I truly appreciate your kind words. And I hope you're having an enjoyable evening.
Love these walks and drives. Beautiful homes etc.😢😮😅😊
@@RebeccaBaker-og9yd I'm sorry for the late response. I'm extremely thankful for you watching and a d your comment. Have a wonderful weekend. 😀
Beautiful .😢😮😅😊
@RebeccaBaker-og9yd I also think that about the neighborhood. Stay safe.
@@gutchecktyme1321 you too.
It's nice to see The Hutcheson Arms is still standing. 😊
It's a pretty old building. I been in it a couple times in 2015. The inside wasn't change much from The 30's or The 40's. I'm not sure when it was built. 🤔
Let's be careful out there😢
@@edljnehan2811 Thanks for your concern. I appreciate it. 🙏
@@gutchecktyme1321 you're welcome. I've lived here my entire 67 years in just about every part of the city there is so believe me after growing up in North St Louis in the 1960s I know how damn violent the city can be.
@edljnehan2811 you will get no argument from me, sir. I grew up in the late 80's. 🙂 Please have a safe weekend. 🙏
@@gutchecktyme1321 it doesn't really matter what decade you grew up in St Louis Missouri it's always been a very violent murderous City. Just imagine walking the streets of 23rd and Montgomery in the 1960s as a YT kid during the Civil Rights Movement. Thank you
@@edljnehan2811 It's sad that history repeats itself.
Ah, home! Thank you for sharing. I can now share it with my family out west so they can see the area I live in.
@ronwagoner8358 no problem. I'm glad you liked it. How's the weather there?
@@gutchecktyme1321 sunny and warm today.
@ronwagoner8358 That's fantastic news. Hopefully, you have more comfortable temperature there than here. 🙂
This is fabulous. Beautiful area, the essence of St. Louis.- beautiful homes. Start in Shaw, go through Compton Heights and Fox Park. That's a great path.
@@organstl Thanks for watching. I just wished the weather was more favorable. 🔥 🔥
I don't know if it's still called, "The Saum" but I used to stay there about 6yrs ago. And I was shocked to see that Library Museum in that condition. 😮
I was also surprised by the Museum condition. I always thought it was open. 😮
It caught fire in 2019. Some manuscripts were saved but other than that, it's a total loss. It will most likely sit there and rot for the next 20 years
@@udon44 thanks for the info. It's shameful to keep that building in that condition. ☹️
@@jacketmannmarvin5186 the future of that building relies on an investor and it would require an outrageous amount of money to restore. I’d hate to be so cynical but a miracle is always possible.
The neighborhoods looks awesome. Nice job. 👍
@thomascrane8747 I thought so too. Thanks for watching and have a great day.
Nice 👍
@kennymike7937 Thanks for watching and have great evening. 😊
Be careful crossing the streets! I've found St Louis motorists like to run red lights regardless if someone is in the zebra stripes or not.
Thanks for the Warning and watching my video. I hope you have a cool and safe weekend. 😊
Though it's ben two yrs. A go, it almost seems lije yesterday. And thise beautiful trees! The red , tge yellow etc. Grea t video.but cold!?😢😮😮😊
Nice area.😢😮😅😊
My old neighborhood
You're former neighborhood is awesome. 😊
Beautiful day and a fun walk. I enjoyed it. 😎
Glad you enjoyed it
Nice
Thanks
My algorithm is apparently showing me this video because I was there playing catch last night. The guy in the red shirt was one of the guys I was playing catch with.
That's awesome. Hopefully the weather was kinder to than it was when I recorded the video. 😂😂 Thanks for watching and sharing your story. Stay cool and enjoy your weekend. 😊
This looks good. 😊 I didn’t see the spot on the other video.
It was harder to see if you were watching from a phone.
This one looks fine. What was that spot on the last video? 😮
It was a piece of tape stuck to the gimbal.
What was wrong with earlier video?
I had to edited it because it had a Dark spot in the top left corner. 😕
the streets and surroundings are calm . The cars from other more peoples I cant see . Only vehicles are existing . Thanks for your video .
You're welcome 😊 and thanks for watching and leaving a comment. Have a great evening.
Really love this area and the rain walk. Great ambience. Thanks for the video.
Don't mention it. 😉 I'm thrilled that you liked it. 👍
Great walk and video. Beautiful area. 😃
I strongly agree with you. And thanks for your comment. 😊
A long long time ago we used to live on that very street. DeBalivere Place was just being rehabbed. 5578 Pershing to be exact. Loved that neighborhood. Thank u! Pretty breezy day there. Did you just miss getting drenched?
My Sister and friends used to work at that bldg at 6:14 when it was a McDonald's.
Some of my friends worked at that McDonald's after school. 😊
That McDonald use to be near Marion & 7th Street. I remembered going there back in the late 80's.
@@ChuckyWayne-my3wjThanks for the info. Enjoy your weekend. 😊
I remember it being a Sports Bar.
Thanks for the video. I Didn't know Globe was still open
I didn't either. I thought it closed and moved somewhere west. 🤔

Impressive. I didn't know they changed The Lindell Bank into a Busey Bank.
Me neither. I've been by that area a couple of times and never noticed it.
Thanks for the Video.
You're welcome 😊
Die Nachbarschaft sight Fantastisch aus. ❤
Nice 🙂 Look likes they made some changes to the area. 😊
It's been awhile for me too. Thanks for watching. 😊
From St Louis born and raised
Awesome!! What Hi-School did you go to. As a fellow St. Louisan I have to asked. 😁
@@gutchecktyme1321 I graduated from East St. Louis senior high in Illinois, I attended East side high from 07- 08 to 08-09 graduated year of 2009. When I was living in St Louis MO I attended Hickey Elementary, I also believe that If I had not moved across the river to the east side I would have attended Beaumont High. Are you a native of St. Louis as well?
@@philiphunter4493 Yes, I lived in The Peabody Apt, in South St. Louis in The Late 80's and early 90's.
