Thank you for sharing. I hope you will come back one day.
The problem is the impetus is all put on the consumer. If you ask me, environmentally and ethically sound processes should be law. The market is now oriented against producing natural, durable, recyclable clothing, so the consumer pays the price of trying not to destroy the planet. Nonetheless, you vote with your wallet, and I'd rather budget my money thrifting or saving up for certain pieces than buy fast fashion.
Missing your content Val! I hope you are doing okay
Hi!! I have a video coming out this week 😁
I came here from your youtube monatization video, subscribed and clicked on some of your other videos. I just wanted to leave a comment here. I think what you do is quite important and I wanted you to know that some people appreciates it. 💟
thank you!
I wish you would come back to TH-cam 🥹❤️
I finally have a video coming out this week!
@ yaaaaay!!🥰
Miss your content. Hope all is well with you!
I am finally coming back! i have a video coming out in a few days 😁
I’ve bought a lot of fast fashion clothes that are falling apart and are not really donate or sell quality, so instead I’m recycling them by using them in sewing. You can make some pretty awesome plushies/stuffing/doll clothes that way!!
Shopping ethical brands is an important contribution to shifting the fashion industry to make it more ethical and sustainable overall. Voting with your dollars by shopping from ethical brands shows companies they need to change to match consumer demand. Thrifting, recycling and upcycling clothing, and buying less are all part of making the shift to ethical fashion. To say no brand can be completely sustainable so just give up on it is not the way! There are so many great ways that brands have incorporated sustainability efforts into their overall manufacturing and production processes: sourcing more sustainable materials and dyes, having buy-back programs (you trade in your old clothes for credit to shop for new), finding factories and ways of sourcing that are more ethical and sustainable for the planet and provide greater dignity to those who are working in the industry, donating to offset carbon emissions and limiting the amount of water used, preventing water pollution, creative innovations like recycled polyester to help with plastic waste....All of these things do add up to make a difference!
Nice hot take! Thanks for the info
love these 8 tips!
Watched from start to finish. Very encouraging! We’re going to keep going ❤ thank you
We need to use what we already have until it is unwearable it in some cases takes years that’s more sustainable than constantly updating your wardrobe every year. Trends don’t matter.
i came across your channel from the small youtuber video, your channel aesthetic is super clean and neat and i can tell you pay attention to details, it seems like you havent posted in a while and thats cool but I hope everythings good though and the fashion niche is really widespread so i could see you going into more subniches around slow fashion or widening the content to more topics if you wanted, hopefully everythings good and thanks again for making that youtube advice video, it really helped me see things more clearly
this is inspiring thanks val
Miss your videos sooo much. Hope you’re doing well and enjoying family life💕
I miss all you guys too! I finally have a video coming out this week 🥰
Hmm this so big problem. Why sustainable brand needs to be “perfect”?! Why do have to criticize brands with effort instead of criticizing brands with no effort. Not one perfect brand or person make different or save planet, but lots of us and lots of brands by parts not perfect YES!
Just started mine, we all can do it 🌟💪💪💪
I have missed your content so much!! So here I am rewatching all your stuff!!! Wish you were on IG! ❤
Im finally coming back, hope to finish editing a video in a few days!
@ sweetest news reading this Val! You have sure been missed! Praying you’re doing well! Happy new year!

Miss your videos🥰
Are you back???🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙌🏼🥰
A lot of our sustainable brands are independent businesses that hand make their own products using ethically sourced and recycled materials. We agree that not all expensive brands that proclaim to be sustainable are, but for many the costs do come from the production of the items. Buying one or two sustainable pieces are an investment and many of our brands offer circularity where they will repair items or recycle items. Uzma Bozai, Plain and Simple are two that spring to mind. They also do amazing charity work! We agree with you though that it is good to reduce and reuse your items. Together we can all do our small part towards the greater good!
❤not only action but I have love you so much I follow for your beautiful are you married?
No need to feel uncomfortable in our own clothes. Thank you.
It is so inspiring to see you tubers like me trying to get success and motivate others 💫🫶🏻
Great video! What sustainable brands do you reccommend?
Check out Quince, they are a really good price point
im just wondering if its still worth growing channel because maybe youtube will shut down or atleast the monotization part will be gone soon? idk what do you think about that? :/
Just found your channel. I was watching videos on “how to start a YT channel,” and YT suggested this video to me. So I watched and discovered that… Wow, I love your fashion style and aesthetic. It’s very similar to my own! Newly subbed. Excited to see more! Keep up the great content and congrats on the success of your channel! 👍😊
Great video, thanks for sharing!
something about that white tee and shorts, so simple and understated but suits you well
just keep your clothes. I have clothes from the 90’s I am still wearing😋
GREAT video...thank you!
Hi Val, hope you are doing well! You are missed in this internet space 💛

I absolutely love the concept of your channel. Keep up the amazing work and thank you for sharing! <3 xx
I have been wearing Levi’s since 2008 and have never looked back! They make the best denims ever ❤ However, a conscious decision has been to choose the ones with min 85% cotton, or even better, 99-100% cotton jeans :)
Come back Val!
ok 😁 hoping to post a video in a few days!!!
Its so mind boggling to me that companies can still pay people over seas a fair wage and because of conversion prices They'd still be making a profit
I've just been looking out for nicer fast fashion second hand and taking really good care of it. People used to have a handful of outfits and be content with that. The standard now is too excessive imo. I don't need 80 outfits. When you look at it that way it's less overwhelming.
Congrats🎉🎉🎉🎉 i hope, my channel will get there soon 😊
This was super interesting, a lot of people making videos like this aren’t truly ‘small’ TH-camrs so, thank u :)
if you were up to sharing, i would've been interested in how your were feeling about russia's attack, how you were processing what was going on

Thanks for this, I find these videos interesting and to see you had taken a break/set back then bouncing back is encouraging. I have only just started this you tube channel a couple of weeks ago and have only today got 1 subscriber so hopefully this increases soon.
Hi Val 👋🏻 Will the new video come anytime soon? I’m so so so waiting 😊 Warmest regards from Cyprus!
Hello!! finally replying to comments from forever ago! I hope to again post next week ❤️
It's really nice to see just an honest, down to earth video based on reality to see how creators can get started. One thing I wanted to say is that I also thought that we were working for free until we get monetized but I realized that a lot of the videos we make before monetization can make us money after monetization, so it isn't completely without reward.
