Again, a long shot, but somehow the song seemed to fit. The song is "Sakura Fubuki" from Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon. It's sung by Keiko Kitagawa, who plays Sailor Mars. Original series had the best stories. The movie had (probably) best action scenes. And the best Hood. But TAG do have best characterisations of the cast.
