Great talent. I have always admired the rich rock music influence on Majek. This track evokes 'Hey Joe' by Jimmy Hendrix.

Wish Majek Fashek had stuck to his original calling -- ROOT ROCK REGGAE-- and not the so called KPANGOLO musical experimentation. Dude easily could have rivaled the best reggae stars out of Jamaica. Respect to the icon who got consumed in the American experience ❤

Very nice job! You managed to evoke what made the original so good but also give it a modern vibe and make it sound unique on its own as well. That is very hard to do, but you did it!

I was in Benin city when the rainmaker dropped his first solo album and the hit track was send down the rain....a true prophet that was ahead of time..rest on great one..

while the original gets into an intro "build" vibe, you went right into the good stuff from the start, and reverbed some the best parts. nice work!!! on a sidenote, placeholder pics don't grab my attention, the potential of a great artist i haven't heard yet does. check out musical ghost sometime, and dj pon3 (yes like the cartoon)
