As you go through your inventory to add measurements weigh the items and that way it won’t be overwhelming. Also start weighing new items as you’re putting them in inventory. I only do Poshmark because I don’t get the shipping on EBay

I’ve tried all the crosslisters out there and prime lister is the easiest, but probably not the cheapest. As far as weight I do a flat 5.95 for shipping on eBay. Sometimes it’s less than that sometimes it’s more. But I don’t weigh anything until it sells. On Mercari, I just guess honestly. Even up to 3 lbs on there surepost is still only 7.99.

Your goals sounds similar to mind, finding time is the hardest part, I have a job, kid & husband and their never seems to be enough time to do everything I want to do. I've done ebay before and want to get back into it since I am going through a summer slow down on poshmark but I do wish ebay was more simple with the shipping like poshmark.

I live in Portland and watched that Mogi Beth video you mentioned with the Lulus French Countryside dress after I had just bought THE EXACT SAME DRESS from the same location. I snagged it when it was half off, but then same as you I was a little worried after seeing her pass on it that it would sit. Luckily mine also sold pretty dang quick. Love garage sales! Went to one today and found flax and also lots of silks and linen for $1 they also had Lily Pulitzer but it was pretty basic and they wanted 5 for that one so I left it. It can definitely be a great way to source.
