So my codes are P069E-00 & P023F-00 saying open circuit fuel pump control module. And fuel pump monitor circuit Which is responsible for monitor monitoring, circuit feedback of fuel pump. Ok I got all that Iv got my own good scanner and those are the codes but it’s not saying anywhere I search if I need to replace the fuel pump itself or the fuel pump control module itself, maybe both if I can get any help or information would be greatly appreciated. I’m stuck between the 2 codes not knowing which I need to buy or look at first.

I'm completely lost here to like everyone else. And the answers aren't helping me much either. Looks like he readjusted the mounting bolts to the truck frame to maybe get a much better ground then what was there from all the rust? And one would assume that he cleaned the open connections? Put it all back together and got it running right without the code coming back?

Where I can buy the parts at and if you have a part number?

On these engines, can the timing chain n guides be replaced without removing engine? I know Audi timing belts can be done with the engine in.

What tools were needed

Hi everyone, my actuator was broken for about two years, I just kept procrastinating before I tried to fix it. My coolant sensor went bad and I HAD to fix that. Disconnected the battery, did the sensor change and it took me about two days to realize my power door lock actuator started working again! Just may want to try it before you rip the door apart. Good luck! Please give me some feedback.

You forget mentioning to disconnect the battery, very important step

How did you access the top bell housing bolts like that? Everyone says you have to drop the cradle to do this job

if theres oil in front of turbine when you remove the black tube where air flows is that mean its done??

you just change the chain and tensioner and solve the code P0017?? I had a elantra 2017 with the same problem and i think thats the fault in the engine, because I inspected the variable gears and I see that they are fine, but the tensioner does not move smoothly. before at all this i replace the exhaust solenoid as it was stuckt, but the signals and voltages are fine. Can you explain me the problem in your case?.

I have a 08 Silverado and changed the fuel pump twice and still showing that p069e code and also wants to die on its own. I domt wanna buy the control module if it isn’t the problem

Sometimes when I'm driving and hit the brake pedal the steering power goes off, do you know what it could be causing this? When I use a scanner tool the codes are 1260 and 2412, if i delete the codes i get power steering for a while and then it fails again

My issue with my 2017 GMC Acadia limited is that it drives fine when it’s cold and a bit warm but once really hot stars to shudder really bad on take off and on reverse would changing the tcm help solve my issue?

Stuck on getting the camshaft pulley out Any tips?

mine had bad exhaust phaser took off valve cover, tired moving exhaust Cam, sure enough it rotated freely out of sync with timing assembly. if you go this route don't use a lot of force to move cam bc your turning engine with basically the cam shaft. just enough force to see if free spins and if free spins do not start car afterwards the valves may be damaged. codes p0017, drove like this for a while. i got lucky. about $2000 repair at shop
