UHOP ALL THE WAY
Where can i buy the arrangement?
We didn't buy it but wrote it by listening. We don't sell it.
Cuhhd yall might as well come to the HOP dawg!
RESPECT!!! would be nice to mention the UHOP piece that motivated this rendition. but RESPECT!!!
Thank you ! I will add a mention to UHOP
I just added "Tribute to UHOP". Thank you
@@jeanlucguiraud9408 you guys are awesome... Keep grinding!!🙏🏾❤️🤜🏾
sounding good!!
As a uhop member i approve and respect the love yall have for the genre
Thank you for your words. They are very important for us. We try our best to play respectfully your genre and bring it to the people in South of France. Hopefully one day we come and visit you. We would love it !
Yes play it like u heard
Wow .. yall have to do better .. thats not a good look stealing music from other bands outta different cultures #uhop is where u can find the real sound at ! But nice try or would i say badone
We all play or sing music created by others, especially if it has already been published. What about interpretations of Mozart or Bach ? Can we play Michael JACKSON or Sister Rosetta THARPE ? Playing other people's music is a tribute to them. We don't pretend to be UHOP: we admire and respect them. Music and culture are universal sources of inspiration, even for timid and imperfect interpretations.

you have to let it be what it's going to be.... there are musicians who are well advanced and CANNOT copy what's given to you. just enjoy the moments.
Suga DG got this style from N.O. in the Congo Square.
@@jaritawillie8580the original style was nothing at all like that and during that era there were street bands and marching bands in every city because after the war bands stayed together because they marched with the soldiers on the battlefield suga
Hahahahaha!!!!!!!!
The Bible makes mention of "7 trumpets", seven trombones?😊
Trombones have less ego......
@@jeanlucguiraud9408 as a trumpeter since 1960 I agree!
Were are y'all from 🤗
Hello Antonio, thanks for your compliments. We are from Toulouse South of France
Sounds good 💯💯💯
They have plenty of good players in Toulouse, evidently. I see the Ramène Ta Trompette players among them - salut!

Sounds like house of prayer
Yess ! We love this band
It definitely is the UHOP version of "THE BLOOD
💪🏽C.S.O.Z!!!
Thank you so much for sharing. What a joyous and special event! 'Over in the Glory Land' was composed in 1906 by James Acuff, with words by Emmett Dean. It was recorded by the great Sam Morgan Band in 1927. It's a slightly unusual tune in having a Chorus of 24 bars, preceded by a Verse of 16 bars. It is also one of those tunes that is virtually a 'three-chorder', so the chord progression is satisfyingly simple. Sam Morgan seems to have recorded it in the key of B flat and to have played the Verse twice and the Chorus five times. Street Bones, like most bands these days, play it in the key of A flat and go through the Verse and Chorus (forty bars in all) every time - four times in total, with the interesting variant that the basses drop out when they play the Verse for the third time. This Street Bones version is so joyfully assertive. I shall come back to this video several times!
Thank you very much PopsCoffee for your nice comments and explanations
Yall saw them Tidewater folks, did ya???😊 No tambourines??? Are yall Pentecostal/ Holiness or Non-demonational?
They sure did
We are just french musicians playing this beautiful music the best we can and with much respect
Thanks for your message, here is a short session with tambourine. We are just musicians from south of France who love this genre. th-cam.com/video/izTqE86HJQo/w-d-xo.htmlsi=YTdIUL4h_3ZRWLwE
Wonderful! If I'm not mistaken, isn't that the impeccable Coline Lemarchand on tuba, sustaining the whole thing. What a superb musician she is. And what kind of tuba is that? It looks like a museum piece. Is it a B flat helicon tuba?
Yes it's Coline playing an Hélicon. She did the whole writing of voices and is the musical director. Thanks for your coments, I will pass them to her.
♥
Nice drumming, Go Big Sid !👍👍👍
Thanks ! Huge model !

Super trombone !!!!!!!
Line up ?
Hello, the names of musicians appear on each picture going along the video. Best regards
Thank you very much. There has been a good deal of important and remarkable old-time jazz emanating from Toulouse recently! I admire whoever works out the arrangements for these accurate re-creations of century-old performances.
That was fantastic, you guys just made my day! Thank you and all the best!
This is how the story ends... Great go, loved it!
So nice that I had to rewind to listen to it twice! Thank you for sharing your music and for the way it is filmed, it is like getting a front row seat to the best show each time. All the best :)
Thank you Rosemary !
Beaucoup d'amusement à vous écouter, j'ai adoré, bravo !🤩 Merci pour ce morceau !
Ça fait du bien et ça dépote grave ! Bises
Gracias chapo !
What a great way to start the day, thank you for making the day sunny and bright with this song. All the best!
Thanks Rosemary !
😍
Insisto: siempre me hacen bailar. Un día lo haré! Inshallá❤
Je viens d'entendre Bayou Combo (la Javanaise) sur FIP. (Parenthetiquement, most excellent!) Y a quelques des memes musiciens maybe? Sounds great!
Beautiful silver recording bell tuba; it might be a Conn 24J, which is the one I always wanted but never owned.
Great , beautiful
Excellent band in the Tiny Parham tradition. Also very well recorded - thanks!
Vay
Looking forward to seeing you in Châtel-Guyon!
Thank you James ! See you there
