Just a particle emitter following a path, a turbulence field and some nodes to make the particles change their colours. Initially the animation consisted of 450 frames playing back at 25 frames per second. I was joining a random squad deathmatch server and after a devastating first round (not included in the video), the squads changed and my squad won the next few rounds (although its members changed each time). Although squad deathmatch is one of the more tactical and team / squad based game modes, it worked really well without communication.

One of the best games ever made, my childhood. Amazing story-line, wonderful cutscenes, phenomenal and legendary SOUNDTRACK, real-soul characters and even if this game is old today - You can only imagine how good it weres in its times! When PC games weren't as advanced and good-looking, as today, and programmers hasn't that much possibilities. Finally Monolith made an underrated masterpiece, that deserves a big-budget movie, and game sequel in contemporary edition :)
A pity not many I know have played this game! Still my favorite!!

i dont understand the scenes betwenn level 6 and level 8 does the scene after level 6 take also place after level 8 just like the scene after level 8 coz basiclly is just claw killed one of the sailors who saw going to the ship after leaving the bar i guess its confusing

the ending always gave me the impression of a cliffhanger. i men red tail escaped and gave he impression he would hunt down claw, the amulet also seems to be a big play ona future sequel, i remenber the original game creator saying claw 2 would involve using the amulet for many magic powers.

Oh man. The nostalgia. The memories. This game shaped a huge section of my imagiantion. I am now 33 and I have only managed to complete this game 2 times in my life. One of the hardest games ever.

Actually I thought all Claw's crew members died but the fact they were alright just escaped made me genuinely happy 😊
It raises me a question: Did they abandon Claw before the close-combat fight? Or if they were involved in it, how did they escape during the fight? Maybe last point is true, and the spanish armada just wanted to hunt down Claw (and it was futile for them to deal with the rest of the crew).
@@elemerhabok3285 I personally think that they were fighting along with their captain as well, but after Claw was captured by Spaniards their ship was put on fire so it made whole crew to quickly escape. They were sure (or not confident in themselves enough) that they couldn't help Claw and that's the huge possibility of him being executed
