Mariclare Carey-Jones

Mariclare Carey-Jones is a talented Presenter and Broadcast Journalist, who has travelled the world recording television and radio programmes.
Mariclare can currently be heard presenting on Radio 4’s ‘Farming Today’ programme and on ‘Country Focus’ for BBC Radio Wales. In addition, she is a VT Presenter for ‘Wales Live’ on BBC One Wales. Mariclare also presents and produces nature documentaries - her latest film, ‘Saving Gentle Giants’, about elephant conservation in Laos won several film festival awards including Best Short Film at the S.O.F.A. Wildlife Film Festival, and Gold at the Spotlight Documentary Film Awards.
Mariclare is also a former GB Showjumping Junior Team member and she has a Masters Degree in Wildlife and Conservation Management.
