A channel dedicated to surfski activities of Puerto Rico's largest surfski group. Our group is dedicated to the growth of the surfski community. We coordinate educational and practical sessions and enjoy getting the group together for a good downwind run on the tropical Caribbean or Atlantic waters.

Oleaje de 3 a 4.5 pies según NOAA pero hasta 6 pies según la boya de Caricoos. La mayoría de las olas en el video son de cerca de 3 pies y vi hasta de 4.5 o 5 pero esas rompían antes de entrar por El Perro. Having some fun at the entrance of the Condado Lagoon, called El Perro by the locals, because of a rock resembling a dog at one of the sides of the rocky shore right at the entrance to the lagoon, which was destroyed by Hurricane Maria on September 24 2017.

Nice! Is there much of an OC1 community in Puerto Rico?
There are some OC1 paddlers in the island, not too many, and most of the time, if not always, they can be seen paddling together in numbers at local competitive events; so I don't know if the word community applies to them as of today. In some ways the same could be said about surfskis in PR. There are many more surfski paddlers than OC1 and I think that is a big reason it is easier for surfski groups to organically appear, and thus the word community be much easier to apply.
