Hello Fresh in Newman,Georgia is the WORST place i have ever been unloaded at. This is the same with ALL the drivers that were there. I will NEVER take a load there again! It has been 3 weeks and I STILL have not been paid detention for the 16 hours that i was there (with NO food, water, OR bathrooms). Truckers, stay away. You have been warned!

This video still did not do this situation justice! There were no tractors in any of the spots near my door. Imagine, if you will, 15 feet extra being taken out of my backing area with cars all around. This is the USUAL situation that I have found myself in at this particular shipper. (I want to start by saying that in NO way shape or form was I trying to be racist to the delivery driver. I was trying to joke around and greet her. But if I were somehow racist.... I APOLOGIZE!!!) I just thought that this was a nice little story that happened right before this recording.

I can’t understand why truckers don’t put these brokers out of business. I don’t care what anyone says, Truck drivers are the most powerful entity if they just stick together. You can put these brokers out of business and they know it.

I’ve got a similar experience actually several experiences like yours. The people that answer the phone have no clue about logistics, they have no communication skills. It’s sad tbh who they hire. Just like the gentleman in this video i would advise anyone to stay clear of tql and their low low rates.

They screwed me on 5 different detention... always use a different excuse not to pay
Pull another load and hold it randsom or sell it and go bankrupt make sure u already have another llc to switch to 😂
If you have to drive more that 2500 miles a week in order to take home $2000+ then its a bad company regardless if you are a company driver or an o/o. Also Total Quality Logistics is a known Scam.
Check your RC’s before signing, ask the broker if you’re unsure, some loads flat don’t pay detention bottom line.
The rate con had a detention clause. I had to stop lease purchase and they were a main reason
