Hi Natalie 🤗 Heres the method😊 🌸4 cups all purpose flour ✨Toast shifted flour in the pan with medium-low heat, no oil until pale yellow and fragrant about 45minutes. ✨Stir constantly so it will not burn and all the flour cooked evenly. ✨Set aside and cool. --------------- 🌸250g Butter(salted or unsalted) (i used salted Golden Churn butter it taste soo rich & creamy😊but i prefer tinned Golden Churn ) *If use other brand butter please just use unsalted butter dont forget to add ⅛ tsp salt (a tiny pinch of salt brings out the flavor😊) ¼ cup Brown Sugar ✨Melt butter and add ¼ cup brown sugar until the sugar is melted(Stir consistently) ✨Pour Mixture into the toasted flour slowly and keep stirring until well combine. 🌸Prepare the coating 1 cup powdered sugar ½ cup powdered milk (Shifted together) ✨Compress dough to form 8 gram bite size balls. ✨Roll the Makmur balls with thick milk and icing sugar coating generously🤗 ✨Let Makmur cookies cool completely ✨Transfer to a cookie jar or an air-tight container and Kept at room temperature for 2-3 weeks. ✨Thanks for comment 😊❤ i hope its clear and happy trying🤗
