Hey guys! Welcome to a new video! It´s been a while since I’ve uploaded a new video. Ím currently in London as a au pair and I want to share my experience with you guys. I was just started going out and experiencing everything London has to offer! It feels a lot like NYC but a bit quieter and more diverse architecture with history. I also filmed a mini Aldi grocery haul to see if the prices were similar in the US. For th first month I was alone taking care of Grace and I loved every part of it. Now, the famly is back and I have a routine down and I want to start uploading more videos for you guys. How long does an au pair usually last in Italy?
If you’re from the US we stay for 90 days and if you’re from Europe many people do a year au pairing! Hope this helps!

I would love for you to do a Q&A style video similar to the one you did in Italy on everything au pairing!! Specifically your experiences and more of an insider’s look at what it’s actually like. Its probably the most beautiful city in the world i love Madrid, I recommend that the next time you return, visit a famous rooftop like Picalagartos or The roof of the Riu building has spectacular views of Madrid and you can have a drink with those views, Madrid is incredible and you really enjoy exploring the streets, they say it is the city of the eternal tourist because even if you live there you always discover some spectacular new place

were you able to make it through 3 months with only one checked bag?
Yup! Just a carry on and a backpack. Honestly Europe has so many brands and stores that aren’t in the US so if you end up buying more than you can bring you can always buy a suitcase and bring it back home with you.

Have the best time in Madrid!!!! Madrid has my heart ❤️ haha honestly it’s really lonely in the beginning but it gets better. Just bring a set of headphones and walk through the streets listening to your music. It will feel like a music video. There’s so many things to see and do in Madrid so you won’t get bored. Also there’s so many people so you’ll make lots of friends. Best of luck!

What program/agency did you find your family? Did you go through an agency or did you just go about it on Au pair world? How did you find the Au pair group?
Just found my family on aupairworld.com and the previous au pair before me added me to a group chat that was made before
Do you just use your phone to record? Do you a mic or anything and what do you use to edit your videos? :)
I mainly use my canon vixia hf r80 to film and my phone for photos. I don’t use a mic but I use VLLO to edit, it’s an app I highly recommend!

Hey, there was a group chat of au pairs in Imperia and that’s how I met everyone. I personally really liked Imperia because it’s close to France so you’re able to do day trips to the south of France. Most of us used AuPairWorld.com to find our families in Italy! Hope this helps:)

My scores fell within the range for freshmen admission requirements. For fall it’s 3.68-4.29 and 1080-1240
I literally just started being an au pair in italy like... two weeks ago tomorrow. omg it's crazy! i work reaaally long hours (more than I realised I would be, so that's hard). I really want to meet people my own age. I'm in Bologna and there is a university here, so in theory lots of potential connections, but I just don't know how to find friends, or even find the energy TO find friends because it's crazy how childcare just knocks you out!
I know it’s really hard, especially the beginning. But once you get the hang of it I promise it gets easier. The best way to meet people is to just go out at night when you have time and network. It’s the best way and maybe you’ll meet some locals. Luckily there was a group chat when I got here but making friends is really important. Best of luck!
