Dude, canh means soup and bun means noodles. What you are eating is bun rieu.
It’s clearly canh bún. It’s similar to bun rieu but the noodles are bigger and there are morning glory in it.
Canh Bún có hương vị và nguyên liệu rất khác Bún Riêu, bạn nhé
Ví dụ như, Canh Bún bạn ăn cùng rau muống đã luộc chín và các loại rau thơm không chín khác. Còn Bún Riêu thì chỉ ăn với các loại rau không chín ( Rau Thơm ) và rau muống không luộc chín và đã bào ,xé thành sợi nhỏ thôi nhé!
