Amazing view outside Silverton Co Dual Sport Bikes
Very nice and budget minded.
What front and rear bumper is this?
I was there with ya! Such a great show and an amazing group of musicians.
This was an absolutely phenomenal show last night!
Tires too skinny
Agree, she's running 35x12.5 MTs now with bigger lift, brakes, axels and gears ready for 37s.
man this is beautiful!!
It's an exhaust delete with down fire baffle. Stock got beat up, cut it over the axel and added a 6 in tip with baffle.. $40. It's loud but sounds great
What kind of exhaust is that? It sounds nice
Would've been nice to see how it all fits in the bag
Reasonable stuff!
Is that the foliage green one?
I think so, it's a few years old so I don't have the order details anymore. Looks green in person.
Any more information on the right bolts you speak of?
Love the build, function over flair 🤘🏻
Nice build! Where'd you get the foldaway sofa bed??? I'm going the same route as you in keep amenities simple and my biggest challenge is what I want to do for a bed...I love the idea of having the combo sofa bed. What are the dimensions of the bed when opened up? Thanks for any insight.
Got the bed from etrailer.com. Not the best quality but hard to find those type of beds.
What trail is this? I have being goin on my crf450r and needless to say it don't like the real muddy trails and I have yet to find many open dry trails ?
That's the perimeter trail. Need 3 or 4 days of no rain to have fun on a bike out there. Still find massive mud holes all over the place.

Great video!
2 is 1....1 is none
Nice job
You don't show what each thing is - what is that weird thing made of wire that looks like a fish?
Fish hook spreader to clip inside the waterborne and hold it over a fire with a tripod or hang from a tree. Works great. So many things it could be an hour video. Hope you got am idea or two from watching.
A bunch of unused gear....
OK let me say that I am putting water in my water bottle , not my survival gear. So let me know when you put all that gear in fanny pack and carry full bottle of water. Until then your video is a waste......
Very nice Kit! Thanks for sharing!
You mentioned a company name to look up if you’re building a motorcycle inspired trailer but I didn’t catch the name
Pit Posse makes tons of accessories. Look for their garage-trailer organizers www.pitposse.com/storefront.html
Great video. Thanks for sharing. Gave me some ideas
Lol TH-cam tacti-bros will never cease to amuse me.
Ha! I use a couple items in that kit too!
I had never heard anyone ever speak in short hand before. looks like a comprehensive kit, why not add a written (in long hand) list of the kit
never heard anyone ever speak in short hand before. looks like a comprehensive kit, why not add a written (in long hand) list of the kit
good stuff!
Looks good, i built a similar kit based off the pathfinder bottle kit, i usually carry a haversack with it as well to fit a full sized survival tarp and medical kit when i dont want to trak out the big full size backpack
How's your tongue weight with your toolbox right up front there?
The spread axle and short tounge help but I do balance it out with the weight distributed inside the trailer when loaded. Almost 400lbs added to the front. I would recommend 3/4 ton or well equipped 1/2 for a steal trailer build like this.
@@mtnfish420 my trailer is 8.5x16. I built it around my Harley up against the passenger side. So I have a fridge and kitchen on the left just ahead of the axles. My bed is on the opposite side so I can sleep on the way if needed. I could accommodate a 2nd bike if I fold the bed up. I like watching what others build! Thx R
Interesting question: Can a ferro rod be used as a knife sharpener? Those 4 bags of water won't last but maybe a day on a hike.
The ferro rods have dulled blades in the past. I use the back side of the blade to start fires. Maybe with the right technique it would take some burrs off a blade. The bags of water are just for storage and emergencies, I'll keep those in a pocket and fill the canteen with the Sawyer filter.
@@mtnfish420 If you used the ferro rod as a sort of sharpening steel perhaps? Trying to think outside the box as it were.
@@crazysquirrel9425 I'll try it next weekend. Good tip. Anything to help minimize a light weight survival kit would help.
@@mtnfish420 LOL not a gram-weenie here but weight is an important consideration. Switching to all titanium containers lightens the load. Using a mini BIC instead of a full sized one helps. Small and I mean SMALL ferro rod helps. Some are about 1/2 the size of a crayon. I knew a guy that let the air out of his car tires and tried to put in helium to get better gas mileage...LOL I knew another guy that did that but put in 'free zone' (aka Freon) so they would have one cool ride. Go figure... Fancy feast stove - instead of steel can for the inner can use an aluminum can for the inner can. Pineapple juice cans can be small enough and can be aluminum or even thinner lightweight steel. A fancy feast stove CAN burn twigs in a pinch. Yesterday the video played but today it does not. Playback errors constantly on many youtube channels. If you are a 'gram-weenie' the cut off any extra straps hanging off that aren't needed. I don't recall a lifestraw in your kit. Pair of pantyhose can be used for filtration or cordage if needed. Weighs next to nothing. Compresses to a very tiny space. They WILL degrade in sunlight over time though. Pair of knee hi's are even lighter. If you can keep the weight the same or thereabouts and have more versatility then that is a plus. Attach some things to the outside if necessary. Some things can be strapped to your pants belt (knives for example, even ferro rods). Leaves more room for other things like food or an extra pack of water. Didn't see a canvas sewing needle or thread for repairs. Or some gorilla tape wrapped around the lighter (used to patch things and as a firestarter.) Extra pair of boot laces just in case plus they are cordage. Some suggestions save weight while others add weight but also add versatility. If you never carry canned foods then a P38 is not necessary.
PS didn't see any firestraws, toothbrush? Also, the same method to make firestraws can be used to carry some medicine or spices. Lightweight too. Did you know you can put ammo inside a straw like a firestraw? You can put liquor in a firestraw (for medicinal reasons and other uses). Dip matches in candle wax to make them waterproof. Much depends on how LONG you might be away and the REASON. 3 days is one set of things and rules, 7 days another, and indefinite even another. For me, I am stuck staying at home unless there is some massive catastrophe TEOTWAWKI or similar. I expect to be one of the 90% who perish unfortunately. I cannot pack survival items AND grandma on my back!
Nice kit. Not too much at all. I like redundancy myself. Not the “Two is one and one is none” I follow the P.A.C.E. method: P - primary A - alternate C - contingency E - extra Yeah, I carry a lot of stuff...
Not a bad kit. 👍🏻👍🏻
How did you mount that couch/bed? It looks like you used e-track?
Ordered the couch from etrailer. It came with an optional mounting rail. Just make sure you line it up to get as many bolts into the vertical frame rails and not just mount into the plywood. Works great, but way overpriced for what it is.
@@mtnfish420 Thanks I'll check it out! Have a Merry Christmas!
This is your first gear review? Nicely done. I just picked up the Klean Kanteen, and one of these carry bags. Appreciate the example you shared here. Gonna' load mine up with the same essentials. Fire, water filtration, shelter and first aid. BOOM. You now have 143 subscribers!! Cheers mate! Very well done video.
Holy SH*T ! Great Video man 👍
Great kit. Good content. Keep it coming.
Interesting, thank you.
Excellent review!!! Yet, I was waiting the whole time for what it looked like on a person 🤦🏻♂️ 😆 hook me up with a video of that
I did the same thing with my Maxpedition bag. Unfortunately, after seeing what you did I need to redo my kit. I have a few of those napkins that expand once you add water. They're great. Also, fire proof matches, short Sharpie and some glow in the dark tape placed on a few items to help find things in the dark.
👍🏻
Oh..... gas lighter , I saw for the first time.
Nice kit
Hello. Any more videos?
Please add link of every product I really like you work Love from India ...
Hi nice well thought out kit, I'm sure people will say you don't have this, and that, but whithin the space you have to use I think this is very comprehensive, everyone has differant ideas on this subject, and the amount of kit videos on TH-cam shows this, thats what makes it interesting, thanks for the video, stay safe mate, best wishe's to you and your's, Stuart uk
