WOW !!! That is the best video on beginning throwing I have ever seen. There is a lot of step by step detail presented in just 10 minutes with full understandable explanation of how and why. I wish I could have seen this when I first started throwing. Great job Denise.

This is my go to video about centring - your method with the half way point on the hand and the sponge really worked for me. I wish you would do more videos as the way you broke this down was excellent.
