Can't scroll down and the ' ' symbol does nothing when clicked on(also did nothing when clicked on when i didnt have maxed sailors) It does work if accessed through start menu.

Searched the term "enha" and nothing happened. Searched it again and it went through but said "no results" Tried a THIRD time...and the proper results appeared.
Selected min bid, it went to max.

You can see the numbers change to the lowest value for a brief second then reset back to max, so its certain i didn't press "back" or "cancel" and did select the minimum bid.
