Jesus! What a nightmare. Have to disassemble the whole dashboard by the look of it. Is there an advantage to installing the 10.25" touch screen? The one that's in there works pretty good I find. Especially if you have the virtual cockpit option.

The video starts after one of the hardest moves in this process - how to detach central air vent. In fact, there are two holes 2 cm deep inside vent, on each of its sides. Holes are around 3 mm in diameter. You definitely need proper tool to extract the vent without breaking the frame. Tool is "Hook 3438"
