if heat up a little the bolt loctite releases the seized bolt .
Arbeitsaufwand? 14 Std. beim Lackierer a 160 € + Material 350€ = vielzuviel Selbst > 35 Std. + Polieren 200€ + Material 450€ = vielzuviel

А какая толщина тела у центра Футур? Есть ли отличия по безопасности в сборках диска с тыльной части, с лицевой и когда центр по центру конструкции?
Есть 2 разних центра футур: 1) которие собираются сзади 2) которие собираються сендвичем.
@@makukhawheels4674 ну да, там производитель комбинировал конструкцию. А в этих какова толщина? Спустя время работы с дисками не замечали разницы по безопасности в различных конструкциях?
Толщину так не помню , думаю 10мм. Центр футури довольно прочний - с ним все ок.

fantastic work. What impressed me most was that you used every part in its original condition and didn't buy anything new. This is therefore absolutely original. mega. This is a true restoration and not using new items
he fail and broke the bolt
bolts need paint or some sort of plating. now that you've used paint stripper and sanded them, they'll become corroded in no time.
They are titanium, so no corrosion on it 🤷🏻♂️

When an bolt is broken, we decide to weld an nut on it. Its the best and easiest way to replace it. greetings, and nice video :)

@@makukhawheels4674 thanks. I'm saving up for a set. These are the closest to what I can find to my vision. I have a set of 90's tsw hockenheim in 16. Uses the same kind of centre design as the modena. Should be able to fit with minimal fuss.

Once upon a time I tried to refurb a wheel and it ended up looking worse than before I started. At that point I realised I had fcuked up !
