Try grabing your top tube with the one hand when in the wheelie.

A higher gear will help alot. Dont be afraid to go down with only 1 hand on the bar.

Stop turning your wheel it may look cool but it’s throwing your weight sideways that’s what made you fall sideways then also if it’s windy try to practice with the wind it helps with your speed control
