This girl has the best routine. No crazy jumping and complicated dance moves. Especially good for beginners or for people like me who used to do this in their 20's but life took over and now just need to get back to fitness but don't want to go into a gym with the young, hip, hot bodies looking for attention. Hi ! Can anyone tell me , what is the right posture for this exercise . how to do it right ? Coz I did this and my back hurts a lot ..😢
The correct posture is to keep your feet shoulder-width apart. 2 feet parallel. The back leans forward about 15 degrees. The spine remains straight. Breast augmentation. Relax your knees. Use force from your thigh muscles to move your hips. Back pain is likely because you are walking at the wrong hip range!!!
