Is it kannada compulsory for undergraduate???
Yes it is compulsory. If a candidate has studied Kannada in high school or pre university level, he has to study language Kannada. In case a candidate has not studied Kannada before or he is from other state, he has to study "functional Kannada" that is very simplified paper that teaches how to communicate or read or write Kannada.
I've already tkn BSC (hons) forensic science so should I study 4Yrs?? or 3yrs is enough???
If you are already taken admission to B.Sc. this year in any institute in Karnataka, the institution will modify the course accordingly to the NEP. You will always have a choice to exit at the end of any year. Please share your institution details, I will look into that and provide better understanding about your doubt.

How marks are allotted in practical subject.
As per the current discussions going on at higher education council, Karnataka, Theory will be 100 marks out of which 30 marks will be internal assessment marks. Practical examination will be conducted for 50 marks.

A doubt sir A student studied commerce in PU can study science related subjects in this degree
A student studied in commerce or arts in PU can study science subject as open elective. In case a student want to take science as core subject, he will have to undergo a bridge course in that subject in advance. This year this provision is not been provided as the content of bridge course has not prepared yet. From next year onwards this will be available.
