Ah, the 314! A ridiculously long route. More sensible would be Eltham-Bromley, like the 126. But after that, you trek out to Addington, and then have to add the loop around the estate. TFL planning gone mad!

Yes mate sometimes Costco have whole fillets on offer you should be able to check on website all there meat is pretty good to be fair

Neither keto or carnivore, or fat free is truly sustainable I'm starting to think. I'm doing Cole Robinsons latest one which is clean, unprocessed starchy carbs plus lean meat, but keeping fat ultra low....when I get hacked off with it in a month or so I'll switch back to a proper keto diet for a few weeks (20/80).... If you cut out carbs or fat you'll eventually crave them and buckle, so I'm ok with cycling the two but not mixing the two as that's where most of the problems seem to be(been through the cupboard and done the macros on all the UPF garbage the missus buys- all pure 50/50 obesogenic chow)... and If I fancy another dry fast (did 7 days in November) I can catapult into that from the keto phase to make it easy.... Fed up being fed up and beating myself up trying to hold unrealistic targets.... Did carnivore strict for 6 months and was fed up with it at that point....

I ate a whole pork shoulder yesterday and I’ll make soup from the gelatine!

It’s when people keep eating and stop moving...deadly!

You can eat pasta etc if you cycle 26 miles a day or row or do long walks or running!

I didn’t think Costco prices were much different from supermarket the only benefit I found was being able to buy bulk like 25kg of rice ect (I’m one of them weird preppers)😊

Greetings from South Africa. Carnivore is harder than it sounds. The emotional strain, especially during the carb withdrawal stage, is epic. I fast for 60 hours once a week and then about 2 days carnivore before I fall off the wagon. After succeeding the first 4 days, I feel I've deserved some carbs and sugar to celebrate. I almost feel as though I fast and carnivore just so that I can feast on the weekend. Emotional rollercoaster. I wish I could stick to carnivore, but I love ice cream and cookies too much.
