Taita Taveta wildlife Conservation Association (TTWCA) represents the Taita Taveta ranches and conservancies, comprising 28 ranches and 7 conservancies covering slightly over 24% of Taita Taveta county. The land area is 950,676 acres lying at the heart of the Tsavo ecosystem between Tsavo East and Tsavo West National Parks.
