Congrats! I hope your little one is happy and healthy and only keeping you up a little. I've ready a lot of these books and most of them bring great food for thought to the table. I say most because I can only read so many self/professional improvement books before I start seeing the same ideas being re-worked :D 1. Mans search for meaning - Essentially you always have a choice in how you respond to your situation. Really opened my eyes to how reactive we can be as emotional creatures and once you're aware, you really can't unsee that. We're forever cursed to know that our bad reactions were just choosing to not act better in that moment. Sigh. 2. How to win friends and influence people - LOTS of a little bit corny and dated thoughts, but the essence is there. Be kind. Be thoughtful, be aware of how you interact with people and self reflect on it, balance give and take and expectations. And no joke about parenting being relatable to work. :D highly recommend these in the future "Never Split the Difference" by Chris Voss: "Talking to Strangers: What We Should Know About the People We Don't Know" by Malcolm Gladwell "How to Talk So Kids Will Listen & Listen So Kids Will Talk" by Adele Faber and Elaine Mazlish and for our industry. - "Creativity, Inc." by Ed Catmull

Hello. I have 2 projects and both are using Shot Grid. Both uses drive in my network location and uses the same Drive "P". Since you cannot use drive P twice, one project was put on drive T. Now I have problem using the one on drive T since the server of my 1st project uses drive P.

This was super helpful! I knew there had to be a way to save private filters but I never took the time to figure it out, so thank you for making it clear :)
