Thank you for your information. I looked into this a few years ago. Problem being…..real estate agents have an extremely poor reputation in my area. Very unethical in so many ways. Next, fees are too much monthly, completely unnecessary to pay for office rentals,etc. in Victoria Canada, the home values are ridiculous as many other places. This attracts many unethical individuals, many nationalities to this mix. The ones that I have met, which are many, are very sad humans. That being said…. I will stay retired and wealthy.

It’s lovely and I was all in until you said HOA. I will never live in an HOA. They are notoriously awful.

I love this condo. It's really just about perfect - except for the bathrooms. I don't like the light fixtures hanging in front of the mirrors, and I think walk-in showers with a built-in bench and built-in shelves and maybe a fancy set of shower heads would make it much nicer. Also, slightly bigger baths that have a vanity area would be absolutely ideal, along with a little more room in the closets so that you could actually sit down on an ottoman or some kind of piece of furniture would be really great. I also think - for the price of the condo - it seems like it wouldn't be too much to ask for a small elevator.

Kitchen looks like an afterthought…

Not this home, but another just like this one. The homeowner expanded another den, bedroom and bathroom, and a first floor laundry off from the kitchen dining area. She had a huge backyard that was able to handle all that was added, just on one level. They did a beautiful job with the design and interior of this home. Its beautiful.

One thing I noticed about Santa Barbara from both times I lived there: nobody, literally nobody, considers actually parking their cars in the garage. Every single one is full of other stuff - or as this video suggests, convert it into a living space. Hence…every car is parked on the street.

According to Zillow: Sold: $2,895,000 Sold on 07/13/22 .

So it’s advertised as a 4 bedroom, but really only 3 bedroom. Also it’s not 4 bathrooms, but 3.5?!?! Little misleading.

I love the way they stayed true to the original concept of a Spanish house in the 1600s. The details such as the Juliet balconies and the vaulted ceilings made the space more true to the century with a few modern touches. What I appreciate above all is how light comes into the space ❤ Brilliant!
