I used “peppykitchens” recipe but I added more mixture in the pan and put a lot of Streusel and added butter at the end like you. It’s amazing👌

FYI, for those interested, it is possible to substitute the buttermilk for yogurt (just what I had on hand) and I replaced flour with some almond flour. I also used butter instead of vegetable oil (just a personal preference). It worked out very well.

I made these muffins today and they are easier to make than I imagined. Next time I might cut down the blueberries to 1.5 cups. Maybe my blueberries were extra fat because they overflowed. I got a few pretty ones but others looked like they were in an earthquake! Lol! The flavor is there and that’s what matters too. When my son saw them, he said, “OK Starbucks!”. Wow! That was the ultimate compliment to me. No others recipes required. Thank you! I love your accent❤️😁

How much vanilla do you we use? When you’re making the recipe, you say 1½ teaspoons but the ingredient listing at the end says 1 Tablespoon. Also, maybe it’s just my screen, but your half-cup spoon looks ginormous.
