I would suggest to re-buy the same brand of solution. I bought other floor cleaner solution and put in and the problem was it caused too many bubbles and didn’t work.

I haven’t tried too. If I ever have the need, I’ll let you know.

Hi. Thanks for the question. The model that I’m showing here is cool only so you cannot change the temperature. They do make a hot and cool version as well where temperature can be adjusted.

Hey Lukas. I know it’s not the best music but better then almost silence the whole time. As for the fan noise, it’s very minimal.

Lol and what about a Dyson vacuüm or something like that, costs just as much, you also need to regularly take it apart and clean it for a proper and hygienic functioning and you have to mop separatly

The arm rests do go closer in, just gotta loosen up the knobs at the bottom of the seat pan.

Hi. You might be correct but what I found is the customer service is what got me across the line with Kergo. It was awesome. I found Sihoo very short in their responses from the Australian importer and not very customer friendly. Customer service means a lot to me and Kergo was great.

@@ryana7420 Fair enough. How do you find the arm rests btw, I've read online that they wobble a bit and don't exactly stay in place. Also is the lower back support firm enough? Lower back pain is also the reason I'm buying this, cheers.

Hey. I was in the exact same boat. The lack of retail stores around the country that sell good ergonomic chairs is really terrible. It is a big hesitation to buy from an online store because most of them don’t have very good return policies if it’s no good. I did the bullet and gambled after extensive research and couple months on I’m extremely happy with this chair

Interesting. Have you got in touch with them? It has warranty. I find that you must clean the unit after every large “mop” that means taking off and washing the rollers in the washing machine, remove the scrapers on top and clean them out too. You should really contact Karcher and get it fixed under warranty.

I find soaking the rollers in water for 5 min works, it jams when the rollers are dry and expanded

I have the same machine and it won't charge (dead), repaired it under warrenty 2 times for the same problem and now it's dead again, they replaced the battery the 1st time and the electronic board the second time.

Thanks Shane Baked beans are a difficult one to pick up but I just wanted to push the unit a little bit further as a demonstration. You can see on their own website they show this product picking up things like dropped cereal and other small foods

Thanks for the honest review. I just bought a Karcher FC7 after my T* S5 gave me battery problem again for the 2nd time in 23 months…. I like Karcher FC7 because it can mop corners and has 4 rollers…. So maybe for those messy dirts like baked beans or even egg shells, best to use a paper towel to clear them before going over the floor with FC7 … probably can keep its life longer.

I pop them in the washing machine every time with the towels. I can prob get 2 house cleans with the battery.
