This is so true. My late father who had a great influenced in my childhood learning Tibetan dance with my family taught me not to raise too high but at our shoulder level. Of course there are few where we have to but not all the time.
Don’t call it Tibetan dance ya better u should say modern dance. Cos this dance is missed with ancient Chinese dance move ya
