Hi lovely!!! I'm so glad you loved the big frame with the little portraits - it was such a fun project to put together. Also, thank you for noticing the other changes I made to the other spaces. It feels much more bright and open now! And yes, Marie Antoinette is truly an icon. Those two paintings hung next to each other capture such a powerful narrative about her influence and the contradictions she faced. Her fashion choices, like the cotton dress, stirred up so much controversy and even had far-reaching economic impacts. It’s incredible to think about how a single trend could influence entire industries and, unfortunately, perpetuate harsh conditions for many. It's almost like she couldn't do anything right, yet everyone still wanted to be like her. I cannot wait to go to Versailles in September and see firsthand the grandeur that influenced so much of her style and legacy. I hope to take a ton of inspo back home and incorporate it within my decor ❤ I'm delighted you enjoyed the rearrangement in the cabinet and the decor in the kitchen too! The Royal Chelsea plate with pink flower sprigs is one of my favorites too-it’s such a delicate and beautiful piece. Those are definitely items on my list :) the list keeps growing though, especially since I started to get more requests. But keep them coming! Those were sold by Home Interior in the 80s. I have a set. I always have loved those pictures. 😊 Home interior was a Company women could join and become a Dealer and have home party’s. She would set all her home interior products for sale and the ladies would make a purchase. Then the lady having the show would get so many free dollars to spend on her order, and the dealer would get a pay. She would probably turn around and spend it on OI. Lol

So sorry for the late reply here! I've been working hard on summer refreshes around the house AND finalizing things for the shop's launch on Thursday!! Lol it's been wild! I absolutely love that you mentioned Halloween because I'm already planning out those styling adventures. I've also been scoping out vintage Halloween decor whenever I'm out and in a couple of weeks I'm going to start pulling my Halloween decor out of storage and listing on the site. And YES to the Halloween fake bakes. I'm definitely planning on making some of those to sell on the shop, as well as a Halloween garland! I figured, why not try and sell some of those as well? I'm so excited for all of the fun coming to the channel. I can't believe how far it's come just from last Halloween! And thank you for being part of the journey since the very beginning ❤

Hi Cynthia!! Apologies for the delay in getting back to you on here - I've been working hard on the store and on some summer refreshes around the apartment. Those vases were my favorite things I brought back from AZ - they're made in Portugal and I don't see a brand name on them. I'm planning on decorating with them for summer (or the next month or so until I start testing out my Halloween themes OMG!!) and then I'll be listing them on the store! I want to enjoy styling them and then they need to go to another home - that's the bittersweet part I'm realizing about the shop! It's hard to say bye to these beautiful pieces, but I know they will be going to great homes. I can let you know before I list them! I hope you're having a fab week!! 💕

The Victorian maximalist home truly is a treasure with so many beautiful details. You pointed out many of my favorites too - I forgot to mention to beautiful fireplace surrounds that Victorian decor wouldn't be complete without (it was actually surprising to see so many fire places in a house in Phoenix, AZ!). High ceilings, tin ceilings, gallery walls, stained glass windows, and detailed cornices make it all so spectacular. It's all in the details! I'm just a great shopper and really only shop when I'm redesigning a space for myself or for someone else. And if I need to stock up for the store, of course. Def don't have 24 hours a day to spend shopping! But I agree, Victorian style is cool.
