Exactly! Relax so that change/learning doesn’t have to feel so difficult.

Twenty years ago, I was in a contest that required me to write a 5 minute speech. In thinking up a possible subject, I meditated on the big question and asked, “what is the meaning of life?” I then saw a tall mirror in front of me and what reflected in that mirror was the brightest largest white light I could never explain. Brighter than white. Then I heard a voice respond slowly and clearly and only these words “(my name), it’s love - it’s love (my name). This was the very first time I heard actual “spoken” words in meditation. I’ve never forgotten that meditation and I forget almost all meditations since they are received in a dream state condition for me unless I record them. True story. Please share with me your experiences!

Thanks!!! Internally, my curiosity peaked about what was beyond the mind. In a few days I’ll post what comes out of that question.

Possibly. I realized there was opposing sides to what I could talk about (I choose this one). It’s like there will be at least 2 different experiences to be had in this next while.

Yes. I chopped this one (and 2 more related videos that followed that I’m not sure if I will upload lol). I’ll upload the full video for you for a couple days then delete it.

My concern is that for others to take the message for themselves and not how I specifically relate it to me.

Thanks so much for your comment! It means a lot to me. I hadn't realized it was explaining reincarnation at the time I recorded this meditation. It can be hard to decide when to put up a meditation video and when to not.
