Lodge -JUST OPENED! So much - I couldn't help it
There is cast iron other than Lodge, but I've never been in a place with so much Lodge Cast Iron. I couldn't help myself. I used some restraint but wow! I spent some money. This location has only been opened about 3 months.

Fully cooked individual portioned meals make my life so much easier. I used to meal prep by the week, but in the refrigerator meals only lasts 4-5 days. Now I just meal prep for the future using my upright freezer. The food that goes in there is already cooked, no need to pull out a crockpot or use time baking a premade meal in the oven. When you don't know what tomorrow might look like you tend to save anything you can. Especially if you get it for free. I'm taking on new tasks, learning new things and saving money at the same time. It's out of my comfort zone, but my family will not go hungry. I wish for everyone sustainable meals for their family. Buy what you can with what you have, source what you can and preserve anything...

The store had great deals as always, but was packed more than usual due to the snow storm set to hit most places Monday. In North AL where I live it started late Monday. And I was one of the few that didn't need bread and eggs

Why wait to start a resolution? I feel as if I set myself up for failure if I promise myself I'll do something later. That's not a resolution, it's procrastination. Yes! I wasn't sure if anyone would know what those were. I remember buying under Worthington label.
They are still under the worthington I believe. They also make a good vegetarian ham called wham, but it's really expensive and I haven't had that for quite awhile.
I love grocery outlet. The only thing is our local store doesn't have a great meat section.

You know what! I thought about that as I was editing the video. I don't know why I did that. I used pressure treated for everything else. . . even the framing and bottom shelf in the shed
