Jimmy and Miss pib I'm glad you are in better spirits we have to be thankful that we have a roof over our head and that we have something to eat and we have clothes on our back and we can work on C10 trucks Jimmy after my knee surgery the first 15 days was the worst but everybody is a little different your wife is going to help you get back on your feet you will be up and going and looking for Florida vacation come this summer from one old timer to another take care and God bless

Continuing to pray for you and Mrs P.I.B. I understand what you're going through. I had surgery three weeks ago on my foot. With the 6 places redone I'm only allowed to stand up 5 minutes per hour. The Lord is in control and will take care of both of us. May you and Mrs P.I.B have a Blessed Thanksgiving.

Take your pain medication before physical therapy session. Get a CPM machine for range of motion in bed. And a CPM will allow you to prop your leg up.

When my mom had her knees done they gave her a macine that made her knee flex. She had to use it twice a day i believe.

I have both of mine done. I’m 73 had them about 15 years ago. I’m going to tell the trick you have to really do the work thr first three weeks and then it we’ll be easy street. I’m telling you push through the exercises or the knee will freeze up and u done want that. 15 years later still doing ok.

I appreciate your honesty. I see people that say they were out walking normally in 1-2 weeks. I believe that is the exception. I had my revision surgery yesterday. I had never had spinal anesthesia during my previous knee replacement surgeries. Yesterday, (Nov. 27, 2024) the anesthesiologist attempted to do spinal. Two anesthesiologists tried for half an hour and were unable to do it. So I had general anesthesia with nerve blocks. I had a revision surgery at 11:00 AM and my brother and sister in law brought me home. I had the original right knee replacement in 2012. I am 67 yrs old now and this is not easy. I don't have any groceries right now because originally they told me I would have to go to short term rehab. But that didn't happen. I am home, my brother and sister in law are bringing groceries today. I made a list. I have been getting up with my walker every hour and walking around. I know the nerve block will wear off soon. At least I was somewhat prepared for the pain but since it has been 12; years since my last surgery you can't remember exactly what it is like. I hope your pain situation improves soon. It does get better but when you are in the thick of it that doesn't seem like much consolation. I will be saying prayers for your healing and lessening of pain.

Good morning Jimmy and Mrs PIB Happy Thanksgiving I was wondering how your therapy was going and this video popped up Everything you’re saying is exactly how mine went IT IS TOUGH!! If you didn’t shed some tears you would be the toughest man alive Not to discourage you but wait till they try to put your heel up to your hip I had to make them stop doing that one I could not take the pain Please hang in there Once they put you on the stationary bike and you finally make that first full rotation with it you will have turned the corner Do all the extra exercises you can at home It’s been 3 years for me and I still say I wouldn’t have done it if I had known everything that’s involved with it But we did do it and there’s no going back The best part is my knee doesn’t hurt anymore and that’s a blessing I’ve probably said too much so I will hush now Hope you and your family have a wonderful Thanksgiving

Dent repair turned out good. I saw where LMC just came out with bumper brackets that tuck the sport bumpers in 2.5" to get rid of that big gap they have.

When does it come home?
