I switched to veggie based things because they are lower calorie and popsicles, lots of popsicles lol Drinking a gallon of water a day. No more buspar that was making hunger worse. Try to hold off on breakfast and eat as late in the day as possible basically only two meals. Veggie straws instead of chips. Celery sticks 😞 tomatoes cucumbers onion salad. Instead of real pizza I make one on a tortilla in the microwave with as much veggies as I can find in fridge and chop them up add maybe chopped leftover chicken or something. Sprinkle vegan cheese or real cheese whatever

I also gained weight with seroquel, stayed thirty and overly tired even after a full night of sleep.
