When you get tired of the factory speed control or it blows up, get a fan cooled variable SCR ($30), a 50 amp bridge rectifier ($10), scavenge the "choke" from your old electronics and you will have a great speed control. I've been using them for years on my South Bend and Logan lathes with 2+hp motors from treadmills. I use a double pole-double throw toggle switch for reverse. Great project!

Yeah it will be ok there super trucker. Guys move equipment like this everyday. Probably going a couple of miles. I've hauled equipment and cars for 25 years so I know the right way too but local contractors do this everywhere, every day.

should of ground out the crack with the grinder, end to end, and weld into the crack, no good welding on top of it. it'll crack again.

If its over pressuring your return line spring is most likely shot. Call up fass and get on with customer service. They will send you out one free under warranty. One way to check is without starting the truck get your pump running the clamp the return line if your pressure increases its most likely that spring. Had a similar issue on mine.

I feel your exhaustion on this man....not only at war with myself, at war with whomever I am "talking" to in my head. It's a daily struggle. I've been talking to a therapist for a few months now and has helped a bit.

First you have to lock the parking brake then cut and twist the seat wiring together sometimes just unplug the useless thing then take out your old spark plug turn the key a while let off then turn again let all the water and gas blow out the plug hole it wouldn't hurt to check the valves but that ain't the problem While letting the piston dry with the plug out clean the little holes in the carburetor jets test the bowl solenoid with your charger or battery and dump old gas out check for bad gas line clean up all any wire connections clean the old plug off and on the end spray any oil on it make sure your air filter is clean no dirt dust in it grease stains and gas on it doesn't matter its the dust particles that'll get sucked in so check that out Its not getting enough volts clean off the battery terminals then spray them with oil plug your charger on let it sit with the key to off for 5 or 10 minutes. But before trying to start you need to get that oil out with the shopvac you shot a bunch of water in it

Use a 30amp

dirty fuel filter or fuel supply issue of some kind. Could be a kinked hold or blocked injectors.

So what fixed it? Have another one with same trans switch and still did it.

Hope you replaced the disptick tube while in there they go behind the manifold and tend to rust out often.

For all you batterie loving people take note . Also you should research the truth about battery cars and trucks. Not a very good deal . Not to mention the homes burned down by charging battery tools and the lawn mowers that suddenly catch fire and they can’t extinguish them and the explosions they cause. They are a nightmare .
