My mom, sisters allways listening at radio Caroline, every day every weekend...i was just a kid (now 62). I went aboard her back in 1989. Dave Asher was one of the DJs back then. A chap called Dave from Herne Bay took me out to her. Sadly passed away some years ago so I was told. *R I P Dave The Fish*

When you Love what you do, it's not a job anymore... Radio Caroline been around most of my life on this planet. I never heard of it till I was stationed at RAF Bentwaters Suffolk, England. And I fell in love with the "Ship that Rocked!" During the 80's it was Radio Caroline, Lazer558... DJ's where awesome back then... Their awesome now... as I listen via the Internet! The future "Space Radio Caroline" broadcasting the Planets Orbiting Planet Earth!!

You need at least a 25 meter planter behind that 620 and not that 'toy' drill as you are just wasting good HP and also there would be a lot less passes across the field. Less compacted tracks as well.

Thanks for sharing Peter, fantastic set up. We dont do our headlands till weve completed our up and downs, saves a little time and uses less fuel but that's just what suits us. Our fields are nowhere near as big as yours. Keep up the good work and video's 👍

Work is never done in the studios of m.v. Ross revenge during broadcasts of radio caroline north the volunteer presenters work like Shire horses to make everything go smoothly while on air

Liked the content, especially as your a UK farmer (not enough on youtube) but to be honest the music made it unwatchable. Too loud and very annoying. Not trolling but just giving feedback. most people who follow Agri tubers prefer to hear just the machines.

I've got a Revox B77 tape machine that was from Radio Caroline. I wish I knew more about it but the guy died and left it for me. A cool bit of history but I never use it. Still has all the sevice notes and stuff.

Looking back it is amazing to the dedication and enthusiasm that everyone has shown - both broadcasters, admin staff and listeners - ever since Caroline went on-air in 1964. We contrived in the sixties ( as school pupils ) to listen to it all day every day, even in school lessons. So it is great that things have returned to be exactly the same today in terms of everyone's enthusiasm. Surely none of us could now imagine life without Caroline - music, friendship and sharing - long may things continue ! One of the memorable things of living through this period in history is that Caroline has been such a major influence for us - far more than a radio station "per se" could ever be !
