I thought about doing this exact thing with some of the leftover peppers I have.
It is so quick and allows you to process your peppers as you harvest, I understand that some add their peppers to their jar as you use them.
Great harvest. Our tomatoes did great over the spring and summer, our peppers didn’t. But this fall and winter, our peppers are outrageous, we are making pepper everything. 😂
