Hey, it is still being planned but a lot of stuff has been pushed for next week as we're both sick atm (only 1 video coming out and that's new spoilers because we have to cover those but otherwise it is hardcore bed time) :/ We're considering doing it like the budget aggro guide that we put out recently, just upgrade paths and some basic gameplay explanation.

Hey, I could be wrong but I don't think that they lose anything because Be Prepared resolves first and banishes all characters. It should work similar to how emerald chromicon works in the same situation, where it doesn't do anything because all characters are banished at the same time. I could be wrong, though.

Think the scene is flooded with info about comp ready $200+ decks and extreme budget decks this fits in that $20 to $50 range that people at locals would love to use. I can see the channel really growing with these types of videos.

Yeah the upgrade path is really cool! I appreciate the tiered breakdown so much. Helps to really understand how to build the deck with budget in mind but also iterate towards competitive as much as desired.

Thanks! :D Ruby/amethyst can be good, there is a solid base in the starter deck. Amber/emerald aggro can also likely be built on a budget :)

Hey there :) We have the other starter deck in plan. Currently we're wrapping up content for next week, will try to fit it in. Budget series is coming next week! The biggest challenge is defining a budget as the game pieces can add up the cost but we're figuring it out :)

I still have a hard time against steel songs but that's about it, I can usually get lore out fast enough against other decks to hit that 16-18 mark and then hope to get a gather knowledge and wisdom or something like that. With the rising popularity of steelsong though I'm more reluctant to play it in locals haha. Gotta play a bit slower and strip songs from them with bare necessities I think

Hey I’m testing Jafar also! How was blue fairy and chromicon testing in the deck?

@@T3AMmokeyM0KEY to be honest the chromicon was great, blue fairy underperformed I faced a lot of red decks and they were all running the 3 drop sisu that kills 1 power creatures so it always just died.

@@christopherbolanos4695 when I’ve played chromicon it seems like I always draw my opponent just what they need lol. Do you use it only when you have Jafar? Also yeah I noticed that fairy dies a lot in my testing too. What would you suggest to run over those spots?

i think only 1 of the 4-5 ruby sapphire made top 16 and it was shane.who you ended up playing in the finals.

It just needs tinkering. It's down but not out I say. People just know/see other colors as better right now. I think E/S has the potential to find a competitive deck among all the cards in the catalog. Just keep exploring different ideas, test them, and make adjustments based on results and changes to the Meta.

You need to drop songs since it is just too slow, weak in 4 willpower dominated meta and you don’t get the value of characters on the board. Actions are weak because there is Pete, Ursula, Bare Necessities and discard in general. Sisu on Ice is strong because it is mainly control with character ability removal. Some are finding more consistency with Amber Emerald right now and opting for that more too. Diablo is still the best in the game, and I speculate will be errata’d. Because of the combat system, evasive is really strong. For steel with emerald, I would drop discard; you don’t have the amount of discard like amber emerald for it to matter and you can’t use diablo + bare necessities to scout and break card combo pieces. Prince John’s Mirror also isn’t great in an aggro dominated meta with less discard than amber. Play evasive to keep your board presence while questing; you can add the Pegasus shift package. Use characters to implement your card effects like with Jafar dreadnought draw (4 strength is strong this meta). Chief Bogo and Chesire Cat shift package for removal. You would keep storm rage on, grab your swords, don’t talk about bruno. Have a few whole new worlds for some matchups. You can keep beast and a few tinker bell. You can choose to trade robin hood shift for smee + captain hook if you see a lot of aggro and madam medusa.

@@LoreSeekersLorcana yep. It got destroyed by Rube-Amethyst control and Steelsong. Amber is not a great pairing with Ralph. He needs a consistent way to take damage without depending on your opponent exerting their characters. My opponents just stalled and it "wrecked" Ralph. I am going to change to ruby-amethyst so I can force exert my opponent to feed the questing engine. I also had a problem with draw because my Rapunzel never seemed to come out when Mulan or Mother Gothel played. Amethyst has draw options that do not depend on combos to work. The new decklist is almost entirely amethyst except for Ralph and the ready cards. Its a bit weak in the early game so susepable to hyper-aggro, but if I can survive long enough to get to Elsa's Ice Palace, I can lock down some of the questers and drive Ralph to a sudden victory. We'll see how it goes.

It is doable, though ofc not consistent. If you can't win by hitting 20, you can get enough lore to really close to 20 which puts you in a winning position. Consistent? Probably not enough, at least not in my poorly built version, but not impossible. Ofc never, ever take this to a competitive event, it is jank casual meme deck :) The 3 strength thing can be solved with Teeth and Ambitions so you run into a 1 strength card. There are probably better builds than this...very likely tbh I suck at deckbuilding xD

@@LoreSeekersLorcana there is a difference between a T4 win and CLOSE to a T4 win though. Getting close to 20 lore is not winning, period. Adding Teeth makes it even more impossible to win on T4 with this “combo”
